Biggest pain point in Adobe PP? I teach English and need to subtitle (Open Captions) to help people understand. I find it a pain in the bu** when a new caption is created next to the previous one and then having to drag it across the silences to the next speech. The time position in captions doesn't seem to coincide with the correct playhead position.
Hey there. I have scenarios doing 16 videos and I don't want to import them all at once for various reasons, and sometimes I get a late submission after I've already done work in the project. How do I get the 'Master Audio' track not to move when syncing with new imported audio video so that the 'Master' doesn't move to sync with the other files?
Good EP. My painpoint is whether there is the most effiective way for editing music video which may include several parts within a music , then we may take 2-3 times for each part and then it add up to 8-10 clips. If there is standard procedure starting from syncing or others, please let us know.
Bro...You just saved me hours and hours of work with this QUICK tutorial....I spent literally 7 hours yesterday until around 1am trying to "eye" the audio waves and the video on a multicamera sequence similar to your example...and then I searched RUclips and found YOU!...I just subscribed....AWEsome....am using your channel....
I had to do a project for the Migos culture 3 release and I had to record them all 3 separately because type of project. we pre filmed them and them put them in a hologram to been them to 5 cities at once
Adding that little piece about what to do if "synchronize" is grayed out was the one piece missing from other tutorials and the one bit of knowledge that saved me.
so many people give tutorials on things but in the middle of their tutorial, they do something that a beginner has no idea how they did it or what they clicked on to get there. You sir are awesome, I am subscribing simply because you simply told all of us, beginners, how to select all clips be it Mac or Windows users!! Simply yes but for a beginner, you just laced the tutorial with 30 min to an hour of saved time. Thank you so much. I look forward to learning more from you.
I was contemplating buying Plural Eyes lol. Much more cost-effective approach. And yes, you are correct, Premiere did not always have this feature. I've been down since CS2 days! Thank you so much.

I was recording my speech via Audacity and camera was recording my audio as well along with the video for syncing. The beginning was good but the middle and the end of the video and audio wouldn't match at all. First I was trying to play with the speed of the audio but it's like a russian rulete, you never know what percentage would hit right. Luckily there's a function to synchronise the audios and I learned it. Thank you so much!
Interview cutting efficiency is my biggest hold up. Knowing what to cut and what to keep when you're writing an interview you didn't shoot takes forever!
What the heck!!! I was doing it the old fashion way... leaving some audio trim and video trim and trying to synch ... lol a life of continuous learning always has something fresh to offer ...thanks

So helpful! Just a quick tip that I think would’ve helped: If you could please show a snippet of the video before & after the “sync”. And if you could play the “after” in the first few seconds of the video it’d really help show people the value they’ll get from the video and encourage them to watch to the end. Just my 2c. Great video nonetheless!
I used to run my Shure mic through my Nikon and it would work fine, but I think the drivers changed or something because out of nowhere it became too much audio for the camera to handle, and now I need to record separately. Huge pain in my workflow - this video adds a bit of sanity, thank you!

once you syncronize it in the timeline, is there a way to have it sync up with the master file in the project bin? so whenever you drag and drop it , it is already synced. instead of always cutting it up from the timeline
