Day 4-Daily Selfie Until Bungie Adds Exotic Transmog

Please Bungie, having to give up how I want my character to look for exotics is very limiting. With the release of the exotic class items, the PvP argument of “wanting to know what the enemy is using at a glance” holds no merit anymore as theres no way to tell what perks are on it just by looking at it. One day I hope it can come to fruition. If it happens, I can finally use so many exotics I’ve been wanting to try without sacrificing my whole look I enjoy. I can use my phenotype wings with the hazardous propulsion rockets too 😭👍Thanks for stopping by!

Cool idea! If implemented, maybe they can makes sure the icon in the inspect screen remains as the default look during PvP. Otherwise, don't really see a downside to it. Though I'd imagine Bungie would wanna keep making money by selling ornaments so idk about the likelihood. Never hurts to hope though!

but you can tell what the class item is by just using your brain since theres only like 2 actually good PVP rolls

Maybe I'm misunderstanding why this is a bad idea, but surely being able to make your exotic look how you want to better fit an outfit is only positive?

@@literallybuckling the point of the exotics is to build around it. It needs to stand out compared to your other pieces of armor. Also think about trials or competitive. You get a little preview of the whole team and what they are wearing so you can brace yourself for what is to come and try and adapt to the play style they have. If you can just change the look to whatever you’re going to not even know what to expect. Plus armor ornaments exist.
