Instant Gaming sucks. They wanted my drivers license so I sent it with some items blanked out and with IG on it. Then they said they wanted it in a photo with their web site in the background. Then they said that my image was not good enough. I cancelled my order and will buy the game on Steam.
Fun fact: Terraria has over 1mil reviews and still has 97% overly positive score
and many of the negative reviews are joke reviews that are also positive
Absolutely love it
Terraria was the game that made me respect indie games.
I played it during the lonely nights when i was working far away.
I loved the PS Vita for it

Portal 2 is undoubtably one of the best games I have ever played. The story is rich, the gameplay is intuitive and adds new mechanics from the fist game, and it just looks so so good, making you forget completly that its from 2012. Seriously, I HIGHLY recommend this game.
Feels like I played it yesterday, but it was 10 years ago. I also remember it as one of the best games I ever played
i feel like it's just a perfect game that has no flaws. looks good, puzzles are nice, it can run even on a potato and overall style is also slick. it's not my personal favorite, but it just has nothing to hate it for.
It's also got a sick modding scene
If you play single player mods, Valve even added a custom story which auto plays throughout the modded maps
Don't forget the co-op, I think it's one of the best 2-person co-op games of all time
Indeed. Wonderful game. Would pay to experience it for the first time all over again, ofc, w my friend in co op mode
Glad to see so few AAA games. It’s like what people like the most about videogames is the gaming part, not flashy graphics or cinematics
And the ones that are there are still games with love and care put into them
God of War absolutely deserves to be here tho
We have good AAA games that don't do just graphics.

Doubt it
A lot of people don't like how wiki heavy the game is. Also Portal 2 deserves its #1 spot. It's absolutely incredible.

Not very surprised that a good chunk of these games are indie or AA games.

@JesusGarcia-wb5mm you also got the AAA games, which are the large-scale games most people buy

Seeing Slime Rancher on here makes me eternally happy!
Slime Rancher 2 may still be in early access and updating, but it has lots of fun to offer. Definite recommend!

A lot of these are certified classics.
It's crazy how Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V aren't even here
Rdr2 i guess its fine but gta5 i doubt it. Rockstar makes games but cant make multi-player well cos there are hackers and game glitches every fc mission(gta5 Online, for Rdr2 online idk well but heardthat also has a lot of hackers who compromiseyour data)
Might not be included due to both games running on a third party launcher
Pretty sure rdr2 is only very positive and not overwhelmingly positive

Love the quick and simple description for every game. Great video!
Terraria top ten!!! Let’s go, too 5 for me, what a game
Mount and Blade: Warband is unbelievably good, especially with all the complete overhaul mods.
Such a shame that bannerlord did not live up to the legacy. Having played m&b games till The first one, i wanted it to be good, especially considering how long it was in deveploment
Nice video but I don't think you know what "procedurally generated" means. Just because the loot drops are chance based doesn't make games like ror2 or vampire survivors procedurally generated. They have handcrafted maps and in vampire survivors' case, enemy spawns are also hardcoded in game. Otherwise pretty good video with short and concise info. Keep up the good work!!!
Can't help but agree, these games are special. Full of soul and an obviously passion projects refined to a masterpiece. 💞✌😊👍
Rimworld is the one game I didn't expect to be there, much less at number 8
Ya rimworld gamers finnaly getting some praise.🎉🎉
Rimworld def deserves its place
was surprised with risk of rain 2 and slay the spire i didnt think enough people played them for them to make it on the list
Risk of rain 2 is peak
you provided a list in the description. thank you for this
Portal 2 is 🐐
the most creative gameplay, smart and humor storyline, high replay value, no season pass, no dlc, no rootbox, just pure fun
The amount of hours I could endlessly dump into stardew valley…
Also subnautica is incredible but you definitely wanna play it as a blind playthrough

so glad to see Ori and the WotW on this list! one of my favs!
Lmao the Blinding of Isaac. Other than that, good video 👍
No Dyson sphere program?!
6:11 FOR ROCK AND STO-ONE!
You should've included the number of reviews, the positive to negative reviews, and the date the game was released that way I can clearly see what and how big of a game it is now, and when it came out.
26 / 52 here and I'll probably pick up at least 3 more, great video!
No Elden Ring is crazy but the DLC did dive its rating from overwhelmingly to very positive. Was sitting at 97-98% for years until the DLC.
what's wrong with the DLC?
@@spliffzombonie people's critiques were twofold: too difficult, which really wasn't true and people were not playing with the scadutree mechanic
And the other was performance issues after the patch which has since been fixed. This is fully understandable.
But there was a good number of review bombing over the difficulty when it was made clear for two years this would challenge even souls vets to their core
@@mdcrumpler I see. I guess it's just the case that it gain more popularity, attracted casuals - more complaining. I thought it was something else. Thanks!
The first release had lots of tech issues too so it wasn’t overwhelmingly positive
@@spliffzombonieThere are LOTS of other complaints players have, it's only that the DLC enjoyers don't mind them or pretend not to see them.
For example- copy and pasting is worse than in the base game, the exploration often doesn't feel rewarding, since there are huge areas with almost nothing. Also many people hoped for improvements to the base game like making Eclipse Shotel playable. Also the camera is worse than in the base game somehow.
Still a solid game, but it's understandable why people don't consider the DLC to be as good as the base game.
Surprised divinity original sin2 wasn't included
It’s too good for this list

Outer wilds not veing on here is crazy work

Had to make sure Factorio was here; carry on!
The way you present the top 50 games was so on rand and reminiscent of those televised gaming shows or sections with their "Top 5's"
my favorite game is the blinding of isaac
I can`t believe most of these games are rated higher than Witcher 3
Lots of people who can't AAA games even now. It's why a lot of indie games are here. Peasants who still haven't upgraded their PC.
I was looking at the Steam review of Deep Rock Galactic and saw it had better reviews than Elden Ring and that surprised me. But I love it! Keep the beer flowing and let's all dance together! Rock and Stone!
Feels bad when you know all these games from browsing steam so long looking for a game to play.
i wanted to say where is KENSHI....... but they only have 71k reviews...... but they do have over 95% rating. which i thought was the case. over 1 million copies sold... so disapointed only 71k reviews.
I got kenshi a little while ago and must say its great game but for most people its pretty difficult or not their type of suffering simulator 😂
Kenshi is way better than some games on this list ... but yeah is kinda hidden gem even tho was popular back in the day
True, that game is a gem ! Luckily Lofi is making a Kenshi 2 !!
Did you guys ever make a review on stream? My account is old as steam is and I never did anything like it. So for me it is no wonder that many games have no reviews. For some games I find It crazy that they get the amount they have. For the mainstream crap it is normal like god of war and freeloader games.
Out of 52 games, I’ve played 9
Gotcha BEAT!!! I haven't played a single one of them!!!!
Well, that's a good number I would say. Our time is finite we cannot really play all of them, rather we should enjoy the time spent playing them.
