    I love your videos while I wait for my Interstate order! A lot of these are exactly why I bought my interstate. This may seem silly but even the small plant in the bathroom seems like such a tiny thing but I see that and I'm like "I want to do that too!" I like minimalist decor so for the bathroom that is just great though I plan to get the (teak?) wood matt for the bottom too. My understanding is that I can go to the MB dealerships to get the van parts taken care of instead of always an airstream shop.

      Thank you Hank! Yes the floor material in the bathroom is teak wood. You can buy it on airstream store. I have the link in one of the videos but if don’t see it let me know. Our bathroom doesn’t have anything besides the soap dispenser and the hanging artificial succulent for a splash of color. 😂

    Hello again. I have a question about your bathroom shower. Since from what I can see, you don't have a shower curtain around you when you take a shower, what do you do about the soapy water from your body that's now all over the shower walls toilet and sink? Do you have to then wipe down the bathroom after you shower to clean everything up?

    • @BamBamRVAdventures
      @BamBamRVAdventures  Год назад

      Hi Troy, there is a curtain in the shower. It is tucked on the side and I folded it up off the ground and attached to the existing snap on piece of plastic that is meant to hold the shower curtain in place. I do wipe the water off the wall, the toilet and the platform under the toilet and floor after the shower with a tiny squeeze. Then I dry every off with a microfiber towel. Maybe I can do a video on that. 😂😂

    • @BamBamRVAdventures
      @BamBamRVAdventures  Год назад

      The shower curtain is for protection of the shower door and wood panel next to it. Everything else is wet. That’s why it is called a wet bath. 😂

    Are the waterlines inside the van? Can you take it in cold climates? Does it have heated holding tanks?

    • @BamBamRVAdventures
      @BamBamRVAdventures  3 месяца назад +1

      Hi Rick, unfortunately our van needs to be winterize in freezing weather. We haven’t been to anywhere really cold so we can still use our van year round.

    I watched a previous video of your interstate airstream purchase at the builder. Does it make any difference in cost if you get the vehicle delivered to you or to pick up your self? What is the normal practice for purchasing. I’m considering a purchase in the near future. Thanks. James

    • @BamBamRVAdventures
      @BamBamRVAdventures  2 года назад

      Hi James, it depends on which dealer you buy it from. Airstream will ship your RV to the dealership that you ordered from then you either pick up at the dealership or have the dealership deliver to you for additional cost. For us we flew to Ohio where we placed the order with Aborgast RV then drove it home to CA. We didn’t want to wait for 2 weeks for,the delivery and we wanted to have the road trip experiences through a few states.

      How long was the vehicle build? Thanks James

      @@jamesfiel7532 we ordered last March and picked it up the end of October. Some people ordered last March and just picked it up this March. I think now a day it takes about 10 months on average.

      Hi, we loaded our first video of the RV on my husband’s channel for family to watch and then decided to have this separate channel for the RV adventures. We ordered this one last year in March and picked up at the end of Oct for around $170K tax included. Thank you for watching! 🤗
