Me job karti hun, mujhe office me male colleague kehte hai ki tumhara pati kamata hai toh tum kyon job karti ho. Mera reply ye hi hota hai ki india ki GDP increase karne ke liye. More population means more hands to work and not more stomach to feed. But sometimes male colleagues are very harsh and they say ki tumne kisi male candidate ki naukari khai hai.
Great points discussed:
1. Lot of people especially the youth are suffering from Emotional and Financial Burnout
2. The Formula-driven approach of education->job->Marriage->Kids is not working in the current times
3. Parents need to provide a financial and mental support system to their kids
4. As a parent, do not just abandon your kids. If you have reached a certain level, your child should not be starting from level 0
5. People can try to become a solopreneur and have 50-60 clients, rather than running after 100cr start-ups and ending up doing nothing at all

Middle class parents have typical statements like - bhagwan pe chod do , sab apni kismat le kar aate Hain , sab ho jaayega , hamne tumhare liye bhut Kiya hai , hum ab budhe ho gaye , baccho ko apni responsibility samajhni chahiye . And this happens after we do everything to the best of our abilities.After listening to all this , it feels like we are all alone in our struggles of life and there is no point expecting anything from anybody .

not entirely their fault ! They lived most their lives without much environmental support ! Its just that we have the responsibility before the "generation from developed" phase comes in ! This is that "Shiva" phase I feel, where we got to make that drastic transformation for the future generations !

so true i am 27 and i have started to realised this in my middle class life i am not going anywhere in life because my parents are constantly pushing me to achieve something great and always telling me to gain respect from others, it is all true i cry when i am all alone, thinking that my life isn't so worth it because i been constanltly threaten that everyone will abandon me if i dont get respect no one in my family is actually talking about money and i started to struggle a lot for the money , no i think that why should i live the life. so true all the points are ringing in my bell, i just want a normal life where i dont want to care about others but i want to care about myself sustain my self that is far better than achiving socalled izzat in samaj, that it is the reason i am suffering all those crisis.
don't think yourself as a victim. That's the easiest thing to do. If you are not disabled, have got youth, energy etc. There is no one stopping you to achieve what's your potential is worth. Go for it.

Sir main problem is income disparity in some sectors income is very high .. in some areas like manufacturing and construction sector income is very low …some 20-21 years old influencers are making crores on insta reels
It's all about supply demand. Those influencers have worked to create a market and can leverage that.

Brahmin/baniya community have the full potential to become rich. They just need favourable time. Especially bania community.
And not all poor people will be able to join the middle class. Poor class will definitely face some other kind of hurdles , in their way to become middle class, which will delay their joining.

Covid mein mere parents ki naukri chali gayi. Ab main nakri mein hu. Meri salary itni kam hai ki khud ke liye bhi kam padta hai lekin family ka bhi kharcha uthana pad raha hai. Parents ko business karne bolu toh mujhse jhagda karte hai. Meri koi savings nahi ho rahi upar se covid mein jo loans liye the uska emi bhi mere salary se jata hai.😢

Sir I want to correlate the style of functioning of PSU Banks Clerk and officers relationship is like your comment on lower class and middle class. All Clerical staff ( very few are loyal to the institution) say bluntly to the poor officers that they can't do any extra work and demands overtime or money to do normal work also. Where as the officer can't deny his boss to work upto 9 pm daily . He works for the rich top officials RM DGM CGM MD Chairman.

Main apna business karna chahta hun chota hi sahi par 38k ki Uttarakhand mein posting wali govt job nhi chhod pa rha hun kyunki family friends ka bahut pressure hai ki govt job hai 60 saal tak rahegi, har saal increment lagenge waherah wagerah. Aur idhar koi growth nhi hai dhang ki.
38000 Ki job Uttarakhand mein karne se better hai kuch apna kaam karna . Ab 60 Sal tak ek hi job per tikne ka time nahin hai . You can earn much with different sources .
take a month leave, try doing your idea, if it shows some progress, you will get confidence

* be extremely good at performing arts - acting singing script writing direction editing
* be a well renowned artist sculptor fashion designer foodpreneur or a fashion model
* start a business from a very basic fundamental idea, keep at it and grow it gradually with time.
There are possibilities. One need not feel let down or frustrated. They don't necessarily have to tread that same beaten down path/formula of graduation-job-marriage-lifelong grind. No.

All these issues mark the change from feudalism to capitalism which was really needed by India.
This is lack of trust , godliness in the society itself ,tipically observered in the Delhi NCR area which leads to this frustration. People must practice , empathy, grace for each other , and then that reloves in the society as a whole.
I am 24yrs, I am also willing to enter gig economy, also having some sort of support from my parents. But I am confused where to start. I am living in a small town, thinking of moving out.
If anyone can feel me, please drop some suggestions.

Preferably the city where your language or same culture exists
I can't seem to understand the problem people are entering the middle class that means poverty is decreasing heance it is a good thing, there always be people who are working hard getting ahead of you because what that person aspired for you already had.
