The reason for so much boost in confidence of the so-called oppressed gender is the existence of extremely partial laws of a so-called equal country India. A man cannot get raped. That yes, she very wittingly will take you to past situations where you've been proven wrong and might as well would have accepted your mistake and apologized for it too. When women start losing arguments its quickly followed by personal attacks, yelling and even physical provocation like slapping, pushing or dragging the collar. In most instances nowadays it's women initiate the violence and when men retaliate... the effects are more pronounced and visible. And he instantly gets branded as a woman beater... and his life from thereon becomes a living hell.

You are right either Man go for violence (sympathetic nervous system work) or remain in silent depression (parasympathetic nervous system) start to avoid go home and suicide.

Seems like you are gaslighting men by taking the focus away from the real reasons of suicides.
Biased laws against men; legal & social harrasment of men once they are falsely accused are the two major reasons for the suicides. And these reasons are so apparent that you don't even have to refer to the Lancet magazine survey, if you just come out of your prejudices Amitji. If you'd have cared enough just to go through even the latest random suicides, you'd have realised that suicide notes clearly mentions that the vicitims were fearing the harassment of unjust law system against them which led them to take such a heinous step against themselves.
Lack of articulation is only a reason only for frustration, however not the cause of suicides. It's the female gender who harassed these poor victims with biased law system which caused the suicide.
