i recently got 6 discus abt 2.5 inch. have had them for abt two weeks now but I haven't seen them eat food. I feed pellet food tried feeding them BHM but they didn't show any interest. even today they generally don't show any interest in eating. they do show colours but I have noticed some stringy white poop. should I start the treatment of metro?
Hi sir , i had 2 discus (red malboro)2.5inch and i added more 2 fish( blue diamonds) 2.5inch now its been 2 weeks blue diamonds are not eating anything ( tank is 4 ft i have 2 hangon back filters and no clorine in the water ) what should i do sir ? Red malboro is totally fine and doesn’t bully the blue diamonds
@@FwrapperAqua ok ... But as you guys said ... It can happen due to food quality as well. Which we may not control in case of packaged food/pallets ... so just curious to know if medicine can be given as prevention ?
Mainly you need keep them separately in another tank for at least 45 days.. So if the fishes has any issues you can identify and do treatment in that tank
Procedure is r8 but the substance is praziquantel not praziquatazole.. And this substance is a antihelmenthic.. You can also treat this for any kind of flukes .. But sorry to say that praziquantel is hard to find in india... If anyone have any link to buy praziquantel please share.. And one thing the dose of praziquantel is 1000 mg for 100 ltr.. as well as you guyz told about the pp. Pp is also a very good mdcn but need to use carefully and dose is 2mcg per ltr. And the h2o2 liquid must be used 1 table spoon per 50 gallon and liquid must be 3% solution...

Please find out from the person whom you bought them.. What they where feeding them... Try feeding them same food till they settle at your place
