Planted shovel as a landmine base is a brilliant solution.
I've got to give it to you, YOU are still a badass for being able to put your body through that. I hurt watching you. Keep walking with our KING!! and thanks for your example
METAL UP BUTTERCUP 👍
Thanks Mac, been waiting for some examples so I can organize my routines! I’m almost 63 now with the usual aches and pains that come along with that so I’ll just need to adjust it to my capabilities.
Great stuff. Thanks!
I need a trainer like you makes me want to get back into martial arts
I need rotator cuff surgery just watching. Freakin beast
Big fan of land mine lifts. Thanks for sharing some new ideas for me to incorporate!
Thank You ☘
Looking good 😎👊👊
Metal Gear Solid the movie. Pat Mac as Snake. Someone should make it happen
Any tips for working on flexibility? As always great tips for simplifying training, so that we can do it at home, without 1000s of dollars of equipment! Much gratitude for these videos Pat!
Love these videos helps keep my work outs fresh
1:13-1:21 Even Pat Mac does Meadows Rows. RIP John
I can't wait until Pat gets ahold of clubs and maces...
And all that while being sick af. 👍🏆
YES!
Beast!
Blew my Hernia Just watching!
Landmine does a body good.- Tx SGM
Thank You!💪
Like the unusual movements with great range of motion. How often do you incorporate traditional pull-ups barbell squat etc
weights for power and appearance but there is nothing better for long life ,like bicycling, for your pump and bellows
Like a Boss!!
Damn.
When I grow up I want to be just like you.
Hey pat Mac. Interested in the program. What do the skill days consist of?
Thanks
Where did you get that Thor’s hammer?
Where can I get the brand of the rubber bands you use.
Reason for looking for the ones you use...you tested very well.
Curious to know how your training has evolved over the years from time in the military to now? Understand that different mission sets dictate different training regimes but curious to know what improvements in performance and longevity you have experienced (in the event your training style has changed).
This seems like something one could do in garrison. I'd like to know how they stayed in shape while out on mission if at all.
Fkn get it!
👍
👍
Gotta ask, pat. Have you ever had a band cut loose and smack you in the face with a pipe or caribbener? I'm a PT and have had me (or a patient) get tatted in the face many times with bands. Yours look like they'd leave a hefty mark. Great vid
I think anyone that does work with those bands has had them come loose and bust ya at least once lol I know once it happened to me I stopped messing with them in ways that could come down and jack me up bad
I wear safety goggles any time I'm working with bands just in case :)
As a PT, what do you think of those landmine moves? Great vid, but my back was hurting just watching them.
@@BrolitoBroskavitch the one ended bar drills? If that is a "landmine move" then I'm ok with them. Pat has a great sense for using what he's got and doing it pretty safely. I'm sure he's had a few woopsies and close calls with these types of workouts, but, he never wore a bike helmet either! 🤣
Is the end of the bar just resting against the shovel? It doesn't slip?
