I just replied to some French dude watching warriors from "French Foreign Legion" that the real deal is Pat M's CST.
You are a cyborg of fitness sir, I always loved your videos and so far have watched all of your videos on your channel in addition to your rifle and pistols TAPS DVDs.. Entertaining way of delivering information backed with a life time experience at the highest level of human performance. As a regular joe, I thank God for people like you.
I've been a professional strength and conditioning coach and a professional fighter my entire life. Just in this short clip, I saw some excellent examples of so many things other trainers/programs fail to address. Love the tire rotation against the fence. Go to any gym in America and less than 1% of ppl in there training will be doing anything in the transverse plan... yet it's critical in virtually every form of combat or combat sport. In Pat's vid, I see strength and power endurance work, skill work, special strength and competitive development exercises, and more. Excellent stuff!

I am 44 and Being athletic is something I would like to get back into of course would be my cardiovascular trianing during the summer time and during the winter time I prefer a Cornhusker routine I use for training.🇺🇸
Great set of exercises. That Turkish Get-up with the barbell seems to be a bit risky, though. If it goes bad, it goes very bad. Better with a kettle bell, methinks.

growing up my father didn't allow me to be lazy I wasn't allowed to sit around playing games and stuff like that I actually had to work out I had to actually study martial arts also play baseball I play football.i took Boxing in 6th Grade.i Was A Boy Scout cub scout leader I used to run I was very active and athletic through most of my years I also entered my p entry fees for little Britches rodeos all the way to amateur Rodeo out here in Iowa for Bronc Riding pretty much stayed fit then I broke away from it when I got in trouble as a youngster when I was 19 then I got right back into Athletics and I started studying martial arts again and I started working out and training and I started MMA fighting out of Des Moines Iowa.

Ive done many plyometric exercises in my lifetime, speed and power... ive never seen anyone do 1 legged Plyometrics. Ive ran and trained with the best in the nation for Track athletes in Bend, Oregon. Get some brother!!!! RockNRoll

The way he describes working out his the old fashion real men workout who do it be stronger functional and kicking ass.
