@@Trankidsify I bought a pair of flip flops from Dollar General for one dollar. I removed the plastic from them and zip tied the soft part to the bottom of the ladder. Working great. Someone else I saw used velcro strips.
I have model sc/scl vinyl works steps. I am wondering how much movement there is in the steps with your pump on? I have a 19’ round pool, and with the pump on there is quite a bit of current. Just wondering if I’m going to have issues keeping the steps steady. These have lots of surface area for the water to push on as opposed to say a ladder. Mine came with the pool, as an upgrade because they were no longer including ladders with their packages.
My pool come with a ladder too. You have to fill the steps with water but its still move so my wife have me put this one in and we sold the ladder that come with the pool. Thanks good luck!
@@treystoys An old ladder we had had holes in the top where we would put the hose in and fill with water. That weighted it down. Why the sand and gravel and not just water?
Did your ladder have little holes in it down the side?
What type of screw did you use to screw into wood?
I used deck screw. Hope it work for friend. Thanks
Did you put a pad underneath the steps where it sits on the bottom of the pool?
No but I could have but it fine for now. Thanks
@@Trankidsify always put a bathtub-like mat underneath your ladder to protect the liner....for you newbies!!
No I didn’t think about it but I have too do it now since you give me that advice. I keep forgetting to do it. Thanks.

Good idea. Anything help. Appreciate it for information. 👍
I could not hear what you were saying. Maybe a bad mic. Also a jittery camera missed some of the steps
On my old phone sorry.

@@Trankidsify Thanks for replying. I ended up dumping a 50lb bag of pea gravel into mine, then once sunk and filled with water it has not moved.
