- Here is a video I created during our pool build. 15x30 oval above the ground pool semi in the ground. We purchased this pool from the pool factory and had it shipped to our home. It took about 1 week to come in from New Jersey to Tampa Fl.

Nice video, we've had our ester Williams slat aluminum wall for 33 yrs. Just had to replace 14 slats, bottom protective pad, a foam wall pad, skimmer and beaded liner. It's our 3rd liner, but if you do it yourself, you'll save thousands. Best of luck with your new pool !!!

If I can buy the pool and get it installed within my budget of $5500 it's going down. 😊 I'm in the Midwest area, looks like I need installers. Don't think I can dig that hole and assemble. Enjoy!

That looks great! I have a question, did you just backfill with the dirt you excavated for the hole? If so, I might try that. We have a Doughboy 1/2 sunk in, but we had to build a retaining wall because they said the other alternative was filling the gap with a cement slurry which would cost a lot. But there's an ugly gap between the retainer wall & pool, so if just backfilling it with dirt is an option I might do that.

Did you plan on it being semi in ground or did that just happen to happen after them digging up the pipes?
That was always the plan. We knew that the old drain field was there but didn’t know it was that much.
I am so glad I found this video, this looks great and the exact size pool I am hoping for. I live in Zephyrhills so you are not far from me. Who is the company you paid to erect the pool? I have been looking and turned down that they don't do above pools ..can u tell me please?

Looks awesome. We are planning on purchasing the same pool from the pool factory. Did you upgrade the liner 25 or 30 mil? Overlap or Uni-bead liner ? And would you mind posting what equipment you went with. Thank you
We decided to go with the overlap Bahama blue liner 25 gauge. The equipment we went with the aqua pro 190 sf cartridge filter system 2 hp two speed pump.

Is this pool the saltwater 8000? I bought one and having it installed as soon as the permit gets approved. 6 weeks now in vero beach florida.

did you have to pull a permit or anything and was there any issues if so with burying the pool? and also is it that deep or are those installer just short lol
what stairs did you get? we are just putting our 16x32 oval Pool Factory pool up now but I did not get the stairs yet.
Hi, we purchased the pool ladder for the inside of the pool from the pool factory it was the confer curve for $379 and we are doing a custom composite decking steps after the pavers are done. Hope that helps.

Do it dude. I promise it’s the best investment we ever made. Kids love it. They are in it all day everyday they get so upset when we shock it. I wish we would of done it years ago. Thanks for watching

These guys really didn't form a wall cove... Also, it doesn't look like they did a good job tampering the ground either.Strange that they used a roller over the liner.... With this method It only takes one rock and boom you have a hole on the bottom of the pool. Looks great tho! Enjoy.
Thank you for the feedback! I appreciate it. They used a foam cove that we bought at the pool factory vs making one from sand like they where going to do. I recommended that we put the foam for better liner protection.
I’m looking at installing one of these pools. If you don’t mind me asking, how much did installation run you? Just trying to get an idea of how much the all-in cost will be
The total installed cost was about $1500 plus I had to get somebody to remove the dirt. If I would of just done it above the ground it would of been $800
@@WillGAdventures Thanks so much for that information! I’m just a little bit further north of you in FL so our costs should be somewhat similar. I think installing below grade is the way to go. Much more rigid that way. Anything else to note about your installation, the pool itself and how it’s held up so far?

That's great. I just got a quote for $1800 installation, $350 material and $200 digging for a 12x24x52. Not sure if this is a great price. Wyt?
