I have a question my commander core is not showing up in the icue panel ? I have the Capellix Xt 240 with the additionally attached lcd screen from Corsair . Also all my fans go full RPM each time is turn on the pc is that common ?
My Commander core doesn't show up either, however a pic of my pump head does which for me displays the exact same info... Re: Rgb control for the pump head and fans, as well as the pwm signal so I can choose fan type, fan profile and create a custom curve etc. Also, my fans ramp up on start-up too, which only lasts about 5 secs. Because the fans and pump work "somewhat" in unison its aim is to help push water a tad quicker through the loop to help get rid of air bubbles on start-up. Hope this helps, Cheers - Jass.
go to uninstall apps, go to icue and attempt a repair, if that does not work, do a complete clean install (remove any old data that you have of icue) from there it should work
The latest version of iCue 5 will now tell you how to RMA your Corsair DDR4 memory that was bricked by the iCue 5 software. That's right it was overwriting the SPD information on the memory modules themselves causing the voltage to be identified incorrectly by the motherboard. I believe the problem has been corrected now, but I don't know if that's enough to restore my trust. Just reading all the other comments here, I get the impression that iCue 5 is still not a raging success. I personally am going to recommend that if it isn't broke, don't try to fix it by upgrading. If it is broke but you can live with it, still don't try to fix it by upgrading. ICue 5 is a hot mess.

How do you get this dmmn sh1t to detect your devices. It's seeing my ram, and I can chagne that, but it's not seeing my Commander COre, mY Core Xt, my water block, or my 6 fans. All fo them are just doing hte default rainbow effect I can't change. The onlyt hing chaning the mural does is effect the pattern on the 4 sticks of RAM> Is there some kind of auto configuration wizard I ahve to run?
I would recommend a shut down and restart, if that doesn't work, check your USB connections, they may not be completely plugged in as that can cause errors as well
@@ChrisMizo Tried different zuSB headers... even tried reversing them... They only go in one way. Tried both off the pigtail of the XT, stand alone, and together butbto theirvown usb headers which is ehere I left them. Tried Win10 Add new device. This sh1t just does not work. The only think more I can try is to keep buying these little black boxes and see uf any different one works. Or try the Link boxes.
Upgrading to v5 erases all my settings and profiles. Just great. And the software is still non-0intuitive and confusing as phuck to use. The problem main seems to stem from the context switching bar across the top... Profiles, Dashboard, and Murals. I wish they would just get rid of it. I never see it, have to hunt for it, and have no idea what mode I'm in or what changes i'm doing are affecting what. Still none of my Corsair controller boxes, fans, or or water cooler are showing up, only the RAM sticks.
H ha--I can relate. I have Corsair ML120 Pro fans. I have updated {several months ago} but for some reason in 'settings' it says 'firmware v.0.10.4'. Anyways, I wouldn't say I hate it, but it is a VERY confusing, counter intuitive software to use. Currently looking for a tutorial on using Icue. One good thing--it only uses around 2% of my cpu. Not sure I want to hit 'update only to find it makes things worse.
There’s a post somewhere with the old versions, I highly recommend downgrading to one of those rather than sticking with the highly counterintuitive and counterproductive v5.
@@theawkwardpotato1973 Yeah, I'm running 5.18.106 the latest, it hasn't even recognized all my NanoTriangles any more for the longest time. They come on randomly sometimes so I know they still work. Icue just refuses to talk to them across USB any more.
I got my Ram Sticks (32 GB DDR4 vengeance RT) bricked the first time. After searching I realized there was something wrong with the software. I sent a ticket and they are honoring the warranty. Now I'm scared of upgrading the software lol

try to go to Corsair Icue website in your country and install it from there, seems the reports are that Icue has to be installed in your language on Windows OS

are you running through a lighting hub? it could be that the connectors haven't been enabled on icue 5 or commander core not being recognized in the program.

join the club. mine stopped working a few days ago. i updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc etc and the software gives me nothing for an interface. just a readout of the sensors. totally disgusted.
This company has the worst software out there that needs very exact setups such as software and hardware wise to work. Asmedia controllers certain brands drivers. So... if you try to mix and match your PC will lock up best to avoid cosair products.
Literally just wanted to change the static colour of my keyboard. It works for about 30 seconds then the lights shut off on the keyboard. Never had this issue in previous versions of ICUE. What was Corsair thinking?

Thank you so much @TEAMCYBERNATION ! Yes, you can rollback ICue 5. Uninstall icue 5 through windows uninstall programs and reinstall icue 4 from corsairs website. I would also reboot after uninstalling icue to clear the cache.

Hi Chris. Hopefully you can help. I have an RGB Ironclaw Wireless Mouse and have now downgraded to iCue4 (had tried 5)…and still my problem is it’s not picking up my mouse. Does it need the wireless dongle as that is missing (l am connecting via cable and Bluetooth). Mouse working, but l can’t set macros as iCue is not picking it up.
On the ironclaw there should be a switch for RF & BT, you want to make sure to set to Bluetooth You'll want to go to your bluetooth settings on your PC after and pair it with the mouse. If you already have it paired, forget the mouse and re-pair. You should be good then 👍

Nah dude you can actually set custom colors at startup in ICUE I just stated using Corsair products and ICUE little over 3 months and that's probably way less than you been using Icue

Does is matter that the pump reading graph is not steady? For instance mine is up to 2490 and then drops 2394 then climbs back up. It just started doing that. Is that a problem I should be handling?
As long as if the pump is at 100% speed, it’ll be okay. If the pump stops in the middle of say a gaming session or some sort of productivity you’ll notice a thermal spike and performance issues, if that happens, it’s a issue.
@ChrisMizo Yea I was surfing the web watching RUclips and twitch and ICUE software just crashed and I had to restart the pc because it wouldn't even read that I had my corsair hs80 headset until restarted the pc.
Any tips for getting past the preparing for installation??? My ICUE V5 will not go past 0% for installation and I am open to any suggestions on fixing this!

try to download on a different region as the server may be giving you an issue, for eg: go to Canada's icue page and download Icue and set your region after downloading

I have multiple problems with my iCUE H100i ELITE LCD XT. 1. One of the fans RBG suddenly stopped working after I updated my pc. 2. The lCD screen hast worked since i got it and it sometimes only displays a triangle and other times it displays the liquid temp, but it only shows 0. 3. The LCD doesn't even show on the ICUE software. Notes: Both does in fact light up, when when I fully boot up my pc, it then switches off I am indeed stumped. I tried reinstalling ICUE I've checked both the software and firmware and both are up to date pls help
have you checked the USB connection for your H100i? or attempted to not use the splitter? sometimes the USB splitter gives more issues than what it's worth

I don't know if you'll have a solution for me but I've done all the trouble shooting I can think to do I've not had any of the previous versions of iCUE and I tried to download it only to get stuck on the language select screen and no matter what I choose the installer wont move to the next step any ideas?

You would think that such a company could hire some programmers. You can't even define a macro using multiple keys. Just laughable. Wish I just bought Razor stuff. Well I already moved to a razor mouse because their (Corsair that is) mice are even worse than the software. A 5$ mouse at the supermarket lasts longer hahaha

I Just updated my icue 4.3 to Icue 5 and now it's only showing my headset receiver the headset it self is not showing

It just seems to be broken as of late. It's worked for the past few years, but now it's just failing.

@@stickboy8219 I found the old version of icue in my computer in Down-Loads and reload it and my Fans Lights all came back on...

The iCUE Link software does not fix the issue when the sensors say there's too many devices connected.
When it only detects 7 fans, not all 9. 😞

try installing your country's Corsair website and attempt setup, if it doesn't work share specs and what type of anti-malware/protection you use
How i have connect steam with icue? For example FarCry6 lightning doesnt work for me after update
Make sure to have plugins enabled when you go into Corsair iCue's settings.

I think it only shows the image when icue is not running or you lock the PC.

it takes a little time for Corsair Icue to pick up Asus' HW, give your PC a reboot, start Icue and give it a chance to generate your hw

I have multiple problems with my iCUE H100i ELITE LCD XT.
1. One of the fans RBG suddenly stopped working after I updated my pc.
2. The lCD screen hast worked since i got it and it sometimes only displays a triangle and other times it displays the liquid temp, but it only shows 0.
3. The LCD doesn't even show on the ICUE software.
Notes:
Both does in fact light up, when when I fully boot up my pc, it then switches off
I am indeed stumped.
I tried reinstalling ICUE
I've checked both the software and firmware and both are up to date
pls help
have you checked the USB connection for your H100i? or attempted to not use the splitter? sometimes the USB splitter gives more issues than what it's worth

Do you use custom fan curves? I'm confused on what to set my pump and the rest of the fans
Yes I set custom fan curves but I'll set them through the Bios

I don't know if you'll have a solution for me but I've done all the trouble shooting I can think to do I've not had any of the previous versions of iCUE and I tried to download it only to get stuck on the language select screen and no matter what I choose the installer wont move to the next step any ideas?
u need to change the main language of your PC to the language your gonna choose on the software .

@@ChrisMizo i installed AC first , the corsair didnt show up, i installed just like corsair suggest , 1. icue , 2. asus plugin for aura and 3. A crate , but i dont know why now everytime i reboot my rgb setting just resets , i had to go to AC to applied

@@emiemmyemi i did that but still not working for me. Oh what the h*ll. I just have a keyboard and headphone. I have version 4.33. The software really is bad. You would think that such a company could hire some programmers. You can't even define a macro using multiple keys. Just laughable. Wish I just bought Razor stuff. Well I already moved to a razor mouse because their (Corsair that is) mice are even worse than the software. A 5$ mouse at the supermarket lasts longer hahaha
