    Pretty cool trick with that lock ring on the end of the axle. I always use grease and kind of stuff it there then you never have to worry about it moving!

      Suppose to insure the ring doesn’t hop off track onto your splines. By the way give me a call

    I see you have a spacer, but if you decide to remove the rotor, the rubber seal holding it on is the same size as the seal that comes with oil filter. I keep the old ones for just such an occasion

    DUDE. My Jeep is getting the OME lift kit right now in the shop. The fuckin rear CV axles have FOUR DIFFERENT Spline types that came in the rear axles. My Jeep won’t be back until Monday when they try axle options 3 and 4

      @@GrandExploration yessir. 2011 is different than all other years. My 2011 with a Hemi makes it even more difficult for the rear. I only have 70k on it, and I may have a discontinued part for replacement

    Hey, what was your first off road focused upgrade? What order would you suggest to go in and also: would you do anything differently if you had to start over?

    • @GrandExploration
      @GrandExploration  5 месяцев назад +1

      @@simcptmike how’s it going? Great question. My first focus was tires. Tires are everything! From there I looked into suspension. Everything else comes with your preference and how you use your vehicle. You will start customizing your setup to meet your needs. There are some things I regret buying starting off that were higher price tag items which sucks. You should check out my video “3 off-road mods I regret”

      The clicking in it started getting more prominent. And they were pretty old to have on there especially now having a 3” lift. I was asking for problems sooner or later.
