Dango (団子) is a Japanese dumpling and sweet made from mochiko (rice flour), related to mochi. It is often served with green tea. Dango is eaten year-round, but the different varieties are traditionally eaten in given seasons. Three to five dango are often served on a skewer.
Anko dango is commonly made with (sweetened) red bean paste; ingredients other than azuki are used on rare occasions.
Goma uses sesame seeds. It is both sweet and salty.

We in India may have been very proud of our bhatoora.. but this is huge and wow it just doesn’t even break..❤
Big panipuri
"Here's your fried air bubble, sir!"
Haiiiii ,☺️😊☺️
@paradoxical "pokes ball with fork and it takes off through the air" 😂
@@profsherlockmoriarty that was funny as hell😂
😂😂😂😂
And please dont use your fork and knif to eat it 😂 it gonna explode on your face
Hate to spoil, but this ball is actually an Chinese receipt, that Named "煎堆/煎[食+追]), and this restaurant is a Chinese restaurant in Japan, still, for any arguments, try to ask any other Japanese people remembers any "fried Dango" done by such method.
Had one yesterday for the first time, much smaller in size with coconut filling… loved it! Looks delicious!!
Looks delicious🤤
This is amazing. watching others attempt to make it makes me realize this takes real skill to make

Wow looking so nice 👍👍 amazing cook
Oh my God!!!! It's so Awesome and Amazing to me. Its huge looks super wow!!!! I really love it. Thank you for your nice video.👍😍❤️
The fact that she used her finger to test the temperature baffles me
That’s crazy. Hot oil for frying is at least 300F. It also transfers heat very efficiently. I use chopsticks or the end of a wooden spoon handle. Or a thermometer.
You obviously never waved your finger over a lighter
Leidenfrost Effect
@@lifeinvader1016 Not the Leidenfrost effect at all: "The Leidenfrost effect is a physical phenomenon in which a liquid, close to a surface that is significantly hotter than the liquid's boiling point, produces an insulating vapor layer that keeps the liquid from boiling rapidly."
It's not crazy, it's just experience. That's probably how she learned it, and she may not even be dipping her finger in.
@@fuzzythoughts8020 it's stupid. Expirence is being able to fucking hear that the oil is hot enough. Fucking bullshit! Been cooking for over a fucking decade. Back the fuck up.
love the asmr of this
This looks satisfying

Oh yum! Hope it shows them eating it! Mmmm 😋 ❤❤❤
Looks like a giant Channa Bhatura or Kochuri from India, but sweet version. What a an amazing skill!

정성으로 만드는 음식이네요
먹어보고 싶어요♡
Amazing process! She must have arms of steel.
That's a lot of hard work, she surely gained some muscles throughout her career
Does the weight dramatically change in the process? I mean, it's absorbing some of that oil, right?
Saw a Tiktok of this being made and came to youtube because my curiosity was high. Your video satisfied all my curiosities. ☺️ Looks mighty tasty.

Go to go to Japan to find out
Any kind of half decent Chinese resturant will have this as dim-sum, they just won't be as big or as thin walled.

I don’t care how much, I want it .
Looks cheap but takes huge amount of work and skill to be made
Hollow? What a bummer
I can imagine someone getting repetitive strain injury after making these for a few years
Thanks for good video. But as Japanese, I have to correct the description. This wonderful dumpling is one of Chinese imperial cuisine, not Japanese one. The description may lead misread.

Good to see it in Japan. It calls "麻团" or "煎堆" in China.
Yup it's of Chinese origin
