There’s nothing wrong with being human. With being yourself. Otherwise you’re attracting the wrong person if you are not being yourself. If you are being yourself and they are not in then good to know ahead of time.

So true! This is true on the other side of the coin as well. I guess it goes back to natural selection, where a mate is sought out for procreation… but people forget after 40’ & 50’s it’s for companionship, security, etc… smh! The risk of having a high bp or a sprained ankle is higher - holy crap.. we should be allowed to be human, right?!?! 😅 Thank you Jonathan- hugs
I feel dating process should not start with straight away dating as we hardly know that person & there are immediate judgments from both sides of the gender. Like women specially think man should pay for first date & invite me at some great high end location & if women don’t enjoy the date they think ok at least we got free food. And men are also afraid if the girl is meeting me coz she likes me or she is here for free food. I feel the best way is to just casually meet people in general as friends over coffee or lunch. Then there is no pressure no judgement who should do what pay for what both are paying for their own coffee or lunch. Eventually whomever you click or connect with ask them for a date. And that’s when guys can know if she is interested in him actually & then they can pay & take her for dates or experiences.
I definitely think simpler dates are necessary! People used to sit on porch swings and have lemonade and cookies!
Girls Jonathan said confidence , not arrogance ; let's not make him mad because I'm always afraid he's gonna use that shotgun and what will we do if the guy uses one on Jonathan, even before he can aim ? Or a sword? Or a dagger; a bow and arrow ? They might even be poisoned ... (the arrow) Or any vulgar rusty kitchen knife ? And if you think this happens only in films you are all a bunch of babies. ( Like me)
Extreme confidence? Sounds like arrogance…pass. It is true that women want confident men so they’re not having to be the mom. As I understand it, men want confident women, too.

Why are women expected to exude confidence ? Is it to make up for this qualiry (or the lack of it ) in men ? Or is it because it is a way of showing men they cannot be counted upon ? Was just wondering.... ??
