You are not the only one. I have the same thing. I keep good clothing for 10 to 30 years. People say it looks like new to them and I just mixed and match to look a bit different and updated, also match with shoes or boots etc.

And caring for these high quality cloths also. I have jersey knits (t shirts) that I've had for years, they never see a dryer and are washed in cold water (dark wash detergent if they are dark) on "hand wash" cycle, and lay to dry. I never put anything in the dryer but sheets and towels. A good book on clothing care pays for itself. For example, how to know if you can hand wash, as dry cleaning wears out clothing. Although there are some things naturally that need to be dry cleaned.

This is one of the best videos I've seen in a long time! Young women need this knowledge. Knowing how to present oneself shows a well rounded individual. Maybe you've already made a video on "Dress for the Occasion", it would be another good video to make. There are too many people wearing the wrong clothes at the wrong place, I mean: party, barbecue, exercise and beach outfits aren't suitable for school, work nor church ( As for school, unless you're in the gym exercising). I must say, I love perfume and I appreciate a pleasant scent when someone walked passed me. I'm always careful not to wear too much of it though. I am not sure how much perfume is too much but I do my best not to disturb anyone. Perfume to me is the final touch of a well groomed individual.

Kate Middleton has an unlimited budget. No budget. Yes, she is glamours. You are right: superior quality pieces can SOMETIMES be found at Marshalls and T. J. Maxx but not always. Kate has a dozen coats for every occasion. Same for designer dresses etc. Let's go back and talk about us peasants. I adopted this look over the years depending on my income during each time. Never was a follower of fads. Most are silly and invented by men who want women to always show more skin and reap in money no matter how silly or uncomfortable women are wearing their creations.
