I cant do Pull-Ups right now and am working on my goal for the rest of the year to be able to do 1 clean Pull-Up without any support. I will incorporate your little road to pull up to evey single one of my back workouts from now on going forward. Thanks for the blueprint. ✌🏻

For those of you who don't have a bar, I used my door before I had a bar. First you jam the door with a towel or a shoe then you get another towel or a cloth and you put it over the top of your door for grip. Of course you can't do much else except regular pull ups but it works.
this is a lil bit more risky depending on your weight but i usually use the bar in my closet. I’ll take off the hangers and clothes and do pull ups on there.

His physique is basically average athletic high schooler if your talking about inventory arc with a huge focus on lats, shoulders, chest, and abs. Still do legs so you don’t look stupid.
It feels like my biceps always gives in first. Ive been training for 4 years now, cali into weighted cali. I now do 8 pull ups +20kg at 84kg 185cms. I have tried to do more chin ups to maybe make biceps stronger so that back gives in first but it didnt help. Always the biceps that makes me fail. I do no kipping, perfect form pull ups. Am I doing something wrong?

Get a pretty heavy resistance band and a bench or a chair so you can jump up and do negatives while the band holds one of your legs completely. For me I liked to thread my knee through the band so the band is practically wrapping around my shin / thigh with my knee through the band opening. I can't provide an image, but figure out how to rest as much weight as possible with 1 leg and alternate each leg with the resistance band. Then you can jump up and do negatives. If you feel strong enough you can pull up from a resting deadhang with the band helping you in that position. That helped me go from 0 pull ups to 10 sets of 3s in 1 month and I'm like 90kg bodyweight ( around 185lbs ) Also use that assisted position with the band to perform deadhangs, and once you get somewhat tired let go of the band with your leg and just do a full deadhang until your grip gives up. It will take confidence and courage to finally attempt your first non assisted pull up, but once you get that first clean one its a wrap you're going to fly up in pulling strength every week.

Hello. Help. I don't have access to good diet plan because i belong to a poor family but i do want to build an anime physic. Is it possible to do it with normal food that i get every day??
Even if the food isn’t super high quality what matters most is protein when trying to build muscle and general calories in calories out. If you are in a caloric surplus (eating enough) and consuming sufficient protein (think like 1g protein per pound of body weight would be great) then you are good! it can be tricky to get that protein in though but I’m sure you can find some cheap protein suggestions online/in videos/reddit etc…

I was well over 20% body fat too, but focused on strength and form for a long time
