This is great, it takes away all the unnecessary scare that many of the other instructor instill you. The 150 questions in 3 hours is enough. I'm still looking for any other material that you publish, I'm sure that I will go to that exam with a little more confidence. Thank you are the best
thanks a lot for the documents on your website , best video, straightforward , precise , you do really live by the PMP practice and methodology thank you
Thank you for the download materials! I was breaking down the ITTOs and noticing patterns already, but the count of the main ones was very helpful in remembering which had what while in the exam. The cheat sheet was great too! Thank you.
WOW!!!! This is an amazingly simple process to see the connection between ITTOs. Finally, a professional PM channel, where the instructor instructs, instead of trying to be a YT star. As an English speaking American, some times the accents of the other instructors are extremely distracting. Accents are fine, but some of the alternate pronunciations of common words are an unnecessary hurdle. Thank you. Sir, you have gained a FAN!!!
Hi. I'm taking the CAPM exam in a couple of days and have a QQ. You have mentioned that the PMP is an input to 47 of the 49 processes. I have it in my self-made prep materials as 48 of 49; the only process excluded being the Develop Project Charter. What is the other one it is not an input for?
Requirements Management Plan is NOT AN INPUT of any process. And you gave us that as an example of the Pattern #1.Reference PMBOK Guide 6th Edition Page 130
Requirements management plan is a part of the project management plan. If you bothered to scroll down to page 138, you'd realise it is an input for the Collect Requirements process.
Thank you for this video! Learning ITTOs seems so overwhelming but your tips and written materials make me a little more confident that I can do it.
This is genious. Not to mention it's brief and concise. Thank you so much.
