Great Video. Thanks a lot for this. 13:32 The rule of seven is about 7 consecutive points above or below the centerline (not upper or lower control limits as mentioned in the video).
Very nice help. I saved a lot of time. There are also some missed explanations from that chart so not all is presented as you say. Below are the missed topics. Some last were only named and i do not include the here: Missed in Data Analysis Iteration turndown chart Process analysis Risk probability and impact assessment Technical performance analysis Data rep missings Hierarchical charts Logical data model Matrix-based charts Scatter diagrams Stakeholder mapping/representation Text-oriented formats Interpersonal and team skills missings Decision making Influencing Motivation Negotiation Team building
Data Gathering is missing: focus group on your summary table Data Analysis is missing: Iteration burndown chart, process analysis, risk probability and impact assessment, and technical performance analysis in your definitions Data Representation is missing: Hierarchical chart, logical data model, text-oriented formats, stakeholders mapping/representation, scatter diagrams in your definitions
Hi ExamsPM Team, this was very useful topic. Well one month before my exam I came across your videos and found it very useful. ExamsPM is one of the critical source which gave tips to clear PMP exam. Thanks alot ExamsPM
In EVM analysis, methodology combines scope , schedule and cost to assess project performance.. Video shows three paramers are Scope , schedule and resources.
Thanks a lot for the video. focus group seems being missed in the beginning frames showing categorized and non-categorized T&Ts. but anyway, it is mentioned in the following one by one introductions.
Please the control chart description for the rule of 7 is wrong ..they are between the lower and the upper limit not away from them ..and in a row ..don't make pepole confused
I PASSED THE PMP EXAM LAST NIGHT, AND YOU WERE THE LAST VOICE I WAS LISTENING BEFORE MY EXAM, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

You're back! So excited! I hope you are well.
Thank you for your videos. :)
This is such a great breakdown of the PMBOK tools & techniques
control chart, rule 7 is: above or below the MEAN LINE of consecutive 7 data
This vid would have been perfect if when and which process each tool is used, but thanks for your effort :)

That is exactly what I was looking for 💓💓💓 thank you 💓💓
Very nice 👍 helpful thanks for making videos
Could not find Project performance appraisals, i got question about it on my mock exam, where is this from?
really love this video ... do you have one for all the ungrouped tools and techniques?
Thanks a lot for the video. focus group seems being missed in the beginning frames showing categorized and non-categorized T&Ts. but anyway, it is mentioned in the following one by one introductions.
The idea of the video is good yet it would be more beneficial to illustrate each kind of the diagram rather than just showing the PMBoK quotations
JUSTDOITTTHG fair remark they just show the text and read it like I couldn’t do it with an article
Thank you, great work
Very good effort. However, explanation for Rule of 7 has some issues.
How so? Haven’t watch the vid yet but making sure it doesn’t mislead or something
How i can get certified PMP
