    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, quick 6 minute low impact cardio routine that you can do in your own home. This is a standing workout and is designed to give you a boost of energy during your day.
    This exercise is perfect for anyone who has to sit at a desk for long hours or may not get a chance to move around much during the day. This is designed as a very quick routine to take advantage of maximum movement in a short period of time and help wake your body up in a safe and effective manner.
    No equipment is needed for this workout, just 6 minutes and a little extra space around you. Also remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take a break if you need to.

    I did this video 2 times/rounds , about 1000 Steps total. So I think one round/time get u about 500steps. Thank u
