👌, Basandhi & milk khoa are different. For Basandhi we have to keep pushing the top layer of milk cream skin formation over the milk in sim flame ( the milk will still be at boiling point) to one side of the vessel but for milk khoa one should not allow formation of the milk cream layer formation & keep on stirring. Both the sweets are time consuming. I have done both & I appreciate you guys patience.
P.s : oh, by the way the unsweetened khoa prepared in this method is used in gulab jamun preparation.
Rasa Gulla is one sweet which can be consumed by even the jaundice patient. Rasa gulla & Gulab jamun are different as most of us know.
