Is there a way for an EU national (Dutch in my case) to take advantage of the lower tax rate? At the moment I already work self employed from my property as non resident in Spain for Dutch companies and pay all my taxes to The Netherlands.
If there is no way based on the above, perhaps me having been born in South Africa could be a pathway to get the visa.

Hi Winston. As far as I know as an EU citizen no. You would have to give up your EU citizenship, leave Spain and come back in five years then go that way and I’m pretty sure that’s not feasible
