Nice video. What isn't clear to me, from a tax perspective, is what could be the best option between the two. I plan to move to Spain to work for my company based in Berlin, which also has an office in Madrid. I am pretty sure to have all the requirements to apply for both but because my idea is to work and live permanently in Spain I am not sure what to choose. Mazbe the Beckham law could be the best option

Best bet is to have a chat with a local lawyer

Be aware that there is no savings pre tax like UK pensions tax savings, no tax free employer pension contributions and no ISAs. People should calculate their tax rate after pension tax relief because it could be closer to 24% than they realise all things considered.

Important: For the majority of applicants, the Beckham Law will NOT be granted! Self-employed / contracted individuals on Digital Nomad Visas will be registered into the Spanish progressive tax system. Stop these lawyers from making money on false statements 😤 ! They are not tax experts 🙄 and people applying for the DNV need to understand the actual facts. You will become a tax resident of Spain upon achieving the approval of the DNV and pay social security, quarterly taxes, and year-end taxes period. These videos confuse instead of providing clarity to 99% of applicants!
