- Waking up at 5AM has become such a helpful early morning routine. This is how I've been able to wake up early (easily) and get my body to wake up at 5AM to do everything I need to do. I am so much more productive when I'm awake at 5AM before the sun comes up.
It's not an easy morning routine to start, but I'll show you some practical ways to wake up early and actually get up earlier for work or get up earlier for school. I'll also show you my delicious BLUE MAJIK smoothie!

Even though I'm not religious whatsoever, it's refreshing to see someone use their faith in a healthy way, where I live people like that can be hard to come by.

I used to read my Bible and do daily devotions in the morning. definitely a good spiritual discipline. but eventually it was hard to stay consistent. I like that you make it a priority. Thanks for all the work you put into making this video!

Savannah Grace I don’t think it’s just about being controversial. I think most people think their rapport with God is just their business and no one else’s.
Very true too many people have lost that pride of being a Christian because of what the world says. And I also agree with the other reply because Christianity is a community not a “keep to oneself” type of thing, God desires his people to join together and share our lives and our faith with other not keep it to ourselves.

Yep, with our prayers they’re done at any time, covering the head when praying and really speaking to God out loud because he’s right there with us and vocalizing is important because words spoken have meaning (when in crowds and there isn’t a possibility to kneel and pray and when wanting or feeling it, a quick inside prayer is also totally done in the mind) God loves us too much to be some far away entity, so talking to Him like Our Father and Savior is therapeutic even to calm people’s hearts and minds. I love when someone inputs into vlogs their love for the One and Only 🙏🏼

I wake up at 5 the problem for me was actually getting out of bed. What help me was counting to 3. So just count 1. 2. 3. Out loud And just push yourself out of bed with as much force as possible. It really works 😁

This kind of comment is popping up a lot. I love seeing acceptance of others’ lifestyles, even if it doesn’t align with your own beliefs. Don’t we all just want to be accepted for who we are?? It’s so inspiring and makes me optimistic that there are good people out there in such a (seemingly) hateful world.
There’s one person I know who constantly talks about how God isn’t real, and if I try to tell him to respect others beliefs he always says no because “God isn’t real”. So thank you for being respectful to people who have different beliefs than you.

I really enjoyed this! As a Muslim, I actually wake up 5am everyday for Fajr prayer and I used to complain about it because of me not having enough sleep and I'll feel drowsy throughout the day. But as of for now, I appreciate talking to God, enjoying the creation He created, the nature and the sunrise which I always look forward to in the morning 🌼

It can be hard to bring up religion. Personally speaking, if i did a video about this I would have a hard time deciding to include religion (especially if i read the bible ect more than once) because of over thinking the response of others 🤷🏻♀️

I’m not religious but I like some of the ideas you shared about morning routines! I also started doing the spritz of lavender on the pillow! I normally get up and listen to classical music and read books related to psychology. Really liked your video!

I got up at 5 am this morning, and it was great. I had time to wash my face, do my makeup, get dressed, braid my hair nicely (first day of school was today. Had to make a good impression), make a nice breakfast, read for a while ('Struck' by Jennifer Bosworth, if anyone cares), gather all of my stuff to leave, mentally prepare myself for people (cause school), put two temporary tattoos on, and I had some extra time to relax and I wasn't rushed. If anyone's wondering if they should do it, I definitely recommend it, as long as you get enough sleep (I didn't because I went to bed at ten and woke up a couple times throughout the night. Seven hours is enough sleep for me to be energized usually, but I woke up a lot during the night). I'm gonna try to keep it up. I didn't tell anyone I was doing it though, cause my mom will probably say "No, that's too earlier for you to be awake. You need more sleep." So I have to be quiet for the first hour. Also don't wanna wake my brother up. I did my makeup, reading, getting dress, washing my face, etc. (All the quiet stuff), before 6. Also, my first day of school was great! No homework, my teachers are all nice so far, and I got to hang out with my friends.

I absolutely love how you seek God throughout your day. I don't like religion.. Anytime I go to church, I don't feel connected with God. I just feel empty and it brings me a lot of sadness. I feel more connected with God reading His book and connecting with him on a daily basis. Instead of just carving out one day of the week to seek Him out of societal pressure.

(I’m hoping to work my way to 5:00 slowly maybe half an hour a month) it’s really changed the way I spend my day and I find myself a lot happier then before. I felt that
I love this video ... the first thing I do in the morning is sit quietly in His (God) presence listen to worship music and pray and it really helps me journey through the rest of my day, but I really want to discipline my self to get up a little earlier to workout this video was very encouraging thank you 🙏🏽
