Omg same...last year I thought if I would be productive in morning I would be able to study more during the day....but after waking up at 6.30 am ,doing stretching,making myself breakfast and taking shower I would spend my all day watching RUclips and not get any more work done 😂😭
I love waking up to a glass of water and a good stretch. After that it's coffee, feeding dogs and bunnies, putting on a laundry load, emptying the dishwasher, a quick general house tidy, getting changed, a green smoothie and I'm out with horses... Then it's farm work until I'm ready to call it a day. Interesting to see other people's morning routines and how and why they differ 🙂 I really want to read more so I'll try to incorporate a couple chapters when I first wake up. I never have to go when I wake up, even though I usually drink almost my entire water bottle before I go to sleep and finish it off when I wake up. Its usually around an hour or two after I wake up that I have to go to the bathroom. It’s bizarre to me that some people have to go as soon as they wake up.
Did I hear that right? 1:25 Showering every day is fine, if you're one of those people who are worried about moisture, you can use lotion. Beside that, I honestly enjoy her lifestyle. Its so relaxing

My morning routine is waking up at 6:45 to spend time with my husband before he leaves for work. Then I go on a walk for about 20 mins and start working (I’m an accountant currently working from home because of COVID) from 7:30-4:30. Usually during my “lunch break” I’ll do a HIIT or yoga session and eat breakfast which falls around 12:30 PM. I like that this virus leaves us with more time to reflect and have a more relaxing morning than if we had to commute to work

You can still wake up 2 hours earlier to do all that if that helps you mentally. I do understand some people work long hours, several jobs etc but most people could find a way to do this if they wanted at least every once in awhile/days off.
I disagree. I started waking up much earlier just so I can have two hours of peace and quiet where I can read a book or do a bit of stretching or spend extra time making my breakfast before I start my workday. I do have to go to bed much earlier but I'm someone who is super unproductive at night anyways so I waste those hours. This way I keep my mental and physical health at an optimum while still having enough time for daily hustles
My morning routine.. 1. Wake up by the alarm. Think about my dream (if I had any) for a few minutes. 2. Get up, brush my teeth, light skin care. 3. Open curtains and put on some calm lofi music to which I calmly dance to and mainly stretch. 4. Lemon water while I prepare breakfast. 5. Attend to my beautiful cat and spend some minutes with her. 6. Whilst breakfast or just coffee, I'll read. 7. Before I actually start my day I'll write in my journal.. I like to call it my opening Journaling as I do it every morning at the start of the day. Writing small things such as weather or mood or maybe my dream. And other stuff such as reminders too. 8. Start with classes.
I’ve watched this twice now! Last night and this morning. I woke up early, did 10minutes of yoga, cleaned up my kitchen, made my hubby his breakfast, made coffee, did a 10 minute ab workout, showered and now starting my online class! @@ellielaunce8202 It should! They’re good substitutes because they give the “morning kick” without having the insane amount of caffeine that coffee has. Lots of people don’t like green tea so I’d adjust to it by just putting a little teaspoon of raw sugar in it or some honey. Also, the peach iced green tea from starbucks is great too!

This was so calming to watch, thank you. I’m 28 and unemployed currently so I’m running out of ideas to actually be doing throughout the day, if you can please make a video of ways to fill up time or just things to do in a day, it would be of great help! However, what I did take from this is exploring my spirituality, so I do see myself starting studying my scripture!

So I'm loving the routine but the thing that stuck out the most to me is her shower schedule. Like I cant shower every other day or every 3 days. I'm hoping shes bird bathing it in between days. That's something I do myself.
I wish I could take my mornings slow everyday but I set 2 days a week where I can do this I start work at 7:30 and wake up at 4:30 I love being a morning bird but sometimes the peace of mind and extra sleep is a SOUL thing . 6 AM - Wake Up 5 minute very light stretches while sitting up in bed 6:05 AM - Make Bed 6:07 - Feed Cats 6:09 - Breakfast Shake (I use Aria Women's Wellness Protein mix with a little milk and ice) While drinking breakfast (I'm not normally hungry in the mornings, but my blood sugar is usually low by this point, so it's a necessity), I'll work on planning my day out in my Happy Planner. 6:20 AM - Make sure my partner gets out the door for work with everything he needs. 6:25 AM - Shower and skin care routine. 7 AM - Meditate 7:20 AM - clean blender/dishes used 7:25 AM - Start Day

This video was very peaceful and timely for me. I've been having trouble disciplining myself to make up at a reasonable hour because I'm doing my college from home now. I accidentally slept in till 10:30 even though I had an alarm set!

I love that you touched on the digestive regularity factor. For whatever silly reason it remains a taboo topic however for years it has been a factor in the whens and what’s of what I am able to accomplish in a day . If your not feeling regular, a workout seems kind of awkward as does sitting down with creative work so I end up spending my peak energy hours cleaning, gardening, drinking coffee, vaping (gross!) none of which pays the bills or keeps my clothes fitting. It makes my overall morning routine sometimes HOURS more than it needs to, making me late to my self employed business. I can’t be the only one who experiences this and this is the first time ive heard it even been mentioned a little…SUBSCRIBE! :)

I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I wanted to comment on your meditation breathing :) I'm an opera singer, and I can see by the way your shoulders rise when you take a deep breath that you're breathing in through the lungs and not with your diaphragm. For truly deep breathing, that's much better for you. A good way of feeling diaphragm breathing is by lying on your back, resting your hands on your belly and breathing in so they rise. We naturally breathe with the diaphragm when lying down. I love your morning routine, otherwise, and I'm going to try and do that bit of exercise when getting up, too!
I loved this! I've been incorporating morning exercise, reading, and meditation into my routine and was surprised that yours was so similar. It really makes me more alert, productive, and excited for the day compared to the days that I don't do it.

My morning routine is similar to yours with a few differences. I have a dog and cat to add in, I drink my water first then coffee. I have been trying to incorporate stretching but I go back and forth with it. I read, meditate, journal. I occasionally wear makeup or curl my hair. I do make my bed and eat a small breakfast, I do not have much of an appetite in the mornings either. You have pleasant personality and I enjoy your videos.
I have almost the same routine as her, except for the puzzle part and it usually takes about 30-45 mins. Also i don't take showers early in the mornings
It's funny because I see a lot of people saying how they can't do this because they have no time and I used to be the same way, until I realized you can actually make time for these things and they dont have to be like an hour long. Like even 10 minutes of light exercise and 10 minutes of reading can be so powerful. It's all about making tiny changes to your habits.
I usually wake up between 5:30 and 6am, I go to the bathroom then drink half a litre of water, do my bed and tidy anything in my room then head downstairs to the kitchen. I make my coffee, put back any dishes that were in the dry rack and clean any dishes I had upstairs in my room from the night before. Then I do 5 minutes of stretching before settling in and reading my book for 30 to 45 minutes. By then it'll be around 7 to 7:30 and that's when I'll drink another half a litre of water, make breakfast (oatmeal) or make a second cup of coffee if I'm not hungry and start my work day. I usually work out two hours after I had my breakfast and my workouts are usually between 11am and 12pm. But yes, by 9ish is when the rest of my family wake up and I have a chat with them then head upstairs and continue working!

I get up and wash my face and brush my teeth, then I make coffee and because I cant have very hot drinks, while the coffee gets warm from hot, I make my bed. I read while having coffee. Then I give 15 minutes for self care which is cutting nails, putting oil, applying a mask on face, (one thing only). Then I cook for the entire day in 2 hours and shower and start my day. Thanks for sharing yours, it means a lot to be inspired, I am trying to include stretching to morning routine instead of evening.

I enjoy watching these even though my mornings are nothing like this lol. I'm a visiting nurse and my routine is generally- Alarm at 6-630, take my meds as soon as the alarm goes off. Lie in bed 10 more minutes Get out of bed turn on the hot water for coffee. Alternate between staring out the window and combing hair/getting dressed, ect while the water heats up. Make the coffee/sit down, stare into space a bit more. Read 2-4 chapters in my Bible reading. If I'm especially spacey listen to audio Bible. Pray over my day/for my patients. Brush my teeth, grab an apple, cheese stick and water for the road. Pick something to listen to on the car ride. Head out by 730-8am. I'm trying to get out half an hour before I'm due for my first appt so that I can stop at the gym for a quick 20 min work out. I haven't been very successful but I keep trying my best.

Usually I wake at 6, make a cup of tea. I'll turn on the plant lights in the outside plant room. I turn on the coffee if no one else is up and build a fire. By then the tea water is hot and my tea bag has steeped. Slowly enjoy that. Then I get ready for the day. And eat between 7- 8:30. Crochet for a bit. Look at my tablet. Figure what my day looks like that I need to do.
If I shower too frequently my hair gets very dry and prone to breakage, so I try to shower usually every other day. Of course, if I’m exercising a lot or spending a lot of time outside sweating I’ll rinse off my body more frequently, but I try not to wash my hair more than once every two days ☺️
@@AshlynneEaton Me too, I wash my hair everyday during summers but alternate days in winter and rains. Indian seasons. But I shower everyday, I dont shower when I am depressed so, its a habit to reverse the sulk.
yeah I had 2 replay that part.. there is no way I could not shower for that long.. I shower at least once a day.. but typically 2x a day...morning and night...I am quite shocked
Pour over coffee, eat breakfast (usually eggs or bagel or yogurt with granola depending on appetite), admire plants and water if needed, get dressed, make bed, use the bathroom, self-grooming (maybe a little jojoba oil on my hair if it's frizzy and apply deodorant), check my calendar for any big meetings, and off to work.

Hi Ashlynne! Stretching is very important in the morning. I stand all day at work except for when I'm at lunch so it's definitely needed. I finally started using natural deodorant, and it's the Native brand. I love it! I honestly didn't think it would work as good as it said it would. lol They proved me wrong. 😄Which version of the Bible do you read? I grew up reading King James Version but I want something more simpler now. I'm trying to choose between ESV and NIV. I'm leaning more towards ESV. Thanks for the video!
Hey Tara! I totally can relate to the struggles of finding a good natural deodorant, but Native is definitely the best I’ve found! It’s amazing! 🥰 And personally I use ESV and really like it! Far more readable than King James 😏
My morning routine (at least while I'm still working from home) is: Wake up to alarm and watch videos for an hour until I'm awake enough to get out of bed. Make bed. Pee, brush teeth, put in contacts, put hair in messy bun, throw on usual outfit (leggings and tank). Take pain medicine and do 10 minutes of stretching (was injured in car accident years ago). Make cereal or do quick starbucks run. Sit down to start a long day of working. What I don't do (while working remotely): shower, curl hair, makeup, meditate.

I really like this routine. I want to read the Bible in the morning, but I’m always so groggy in the morning. This routine is great because it starts with the Bible, but not automatically.
I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
In 2 hours actually.. phone showed something around 7.00am when she woke up and when she sat down to work at the end she said it would be around 9.00am ... WTF hahahaha I don't even do half of those things in one day... ahahaha. Procrastiantion masters

I love waking up to a glass of water and a good stretch. After that it's coffee, feeding dogs and bunnies, putting on a laundry load, emptying the dishwasher, a quick general house tidy, getting changed, a green smoothie and I'm out with horses... Then it's farm work until I'm ready to call it a day. Interesting to see other people's morning routines and how and why they differ 🙂 I really want to read more so I'll try to incorporate a couple chapters when I first wake up. I never have to go when I wake up, even though I usually drink almost my entire water bottle before I go to sleep and finish it off when I wake up. Its usually around an hour or two after I wake up that I have to go to the bathroom. It’s bizarre to me that some people have to go as soon as they wake up.

My morning routine is waking up at 6:45 to spend time with my husband before he leaves for work. Then I go on a walk for about 20 mins and start working (I’m an accountant currently working from home because of COVID) from 7:30-4:30. Usually during my “lunch break” I’ll do a HIIT or yoga session and eat breakfast which falls around 12:30 PM. I like that this virus leaves us with more time to reflect and have a more relaxing morning than if we had to commute to work

You can still wake up 2 hours earlier to do all that if that helps you mentally.

I disagree. I started waking up much earlier just so I can have two hours of peace and quiet where I can read a book or do a bit of stretching or spend extra time making my breakfast before I start my workday. I do have to go to bed much earlier but I'm someone who is super unproductive at night anyways so I waste those hours. This way I keep my mental and physical health at an optimum while still having enough time for daily hustles

My morning routine..
1. Wake up by the alarm. Think about my dream (if I had any) for a few minutes.
2. Get up, brush my teeth, light skin care.
3. Open curtains and put on some calm lofi music to which I calmly dance to and mainly stretch.
4. Lemon water while I prepare breakfast.
5. Attend to my beautiful cat and spend some minutes with her.
6. Whilst breakfast or just coffee, I'll read.
7. Before I actually start my day I'll write in my journal.. I like to call it my opening Journaling as I do it every morning at the start of the day. Writing small things such as weather or mood or maybe my dream. And other stuff such as reminders too.
8. Start with classes.
I’ve watched this twice now! Last night and this morning. I woke up early, did 10minutes of yoga, cleaned up my kitchen, made my hubby his breakfast, made coffee, did a 10 minute ab workout, showered and now starting my online class! (I don’t get that hungry either in the a.m.) thanks for this video!!!!

@@ellielaunce8202 It should! They’re good substitutes because they give the “morning kick” without having the insane amount of caffeine that coffee has. Lots of people don’t like green tea so I’d adjust to it by just putting a little teaspoon of raw sugar in it or some honey. Also, the peach iced green tea from starbucks is great too!

So I'm loving the routine but the thing that stuck out the most to me is her shower schedule. Like I cant shower every other day or every 3 days. I'm hoping shes bird bathing it in between days. That's something I do myself.

While drinking breakfast (I'm not normally hungry in the mornings, but my blood sugar is usually low by this point, so it's a necessity), I'll work on planning my day out in my Happy Planner.
6:20 AM - Make sure my partner gets out the door for work with everything he needs.
6:25 AM - Shower and skin care routine.
7 AM - Meditate
7:20 AM - clean blender/dishes used
7:25 AM - Start Day
Letting sunshine in and making your bed helps you wake up and resist crawling back in to bed! I need to start doing this, I’m prone to sleeping in!

I love that you touched on the digestive regularity factor. For whatever silly reason it remains a taboo topic however for years it has been a factor in the whens and what’s of what I am able to accomplish in a day . If your not feeling regular, a workout seems kind of awkward as does sitting down with creative work so I end up spending my peak energy hours cleaning, gardening, drinking coffee, vaping (gross!) none of which pays the bills or keeps my clothes fitting. It makes my overall morning routine sometimes HOURS more than it needs to, making me late to my self employed business. I can’t be the only one who experiences this and this is the first time ive heard it even been mentioned a little…SUBSCRIBE! :)

I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I wanted to comment on your meditation breathing :) I'm an opera singer, and I can see by the way your shoulders rise when you take a deep breath that you're breathing in through the lungs and not with your diaphragm. For truly deep breathing, that's much better for you. A good way of feeling diaphragm breathing is by lying on your back, resting your hands on your belly and breathing in so they rise. We naturally breathe with the diaphragm when lying down.

My morning routine is similar to yours with a few differences. I have a dog and cat to add in, I drink my water first then coffee. I have been trying to incorporate stretching but I go back and forth with it. I read, meditate, journal. I occasionally wear makeup or curl my hair. I do make my bed and eat a small breakfast, I do not have much of an appetite in the mornings either. You have pleasant personality and I enjoy your videos.

It's funny because I see a lot of people saying how they can't do this because they have no time and I used to be the same way, until I realized you can actually make time for these things and they dont have to be like an hour long. Like even 10 minutes of light exercise and 10 minutes of reading can be so powerful. It's all about making tiny changes to your habits.
I also love to read the Bible! It's so nice to see that you do this every day!
I usually wake up between 5:30 and 6am, I go to the bathroom then drink half a litre of water, do my bed and tidy anything in my room then head downstairs to the kitchen. I make my coffee, put back any dishes that were in the dry rack and clean any dishes I had upstairs in my room from the night before. Then I do 5 minutes of stretching before settling in and reading my book for 30 to 45 minutes. By then it'll be around 7 to 7:30 and that's when I'll drink another half a litre of water, make breakfast (oatmeal) or make a second cup of coffee if I'm not hungry and start my work day. I usually work out two hours after I had my breakfast and my workouts are usually between 11am and 12pm. But yes, by 9ish is when the rest of my family wake up and I have a chat with them then head upstairs and continue working!

I get up and wash my face and brush my teeth, then I make coffee and because I cant have very hot drinks, while the coffee gets warm from hot, I make my bed. I read while having coffee. Then I give 15 minutes for self care which is cutting nails, putting oil, applying a mask on face, (one thing only). Then I cook for the entire day in 2 hours and shower and start my day. Thanks for sharing yours, it means a lot to be inspired, I am trying to include stretching to morning routine instead of evening.

I enjoy watching these even though my mornings are nothing like this lol. I'm a visiting nurse and my routine is generally-
Alarm at 6-630, take my meds as soon as the alarm goes off. Lie in bed 10 more minutes
Get out of bed turn on the hot water for coffee.
Alternate between staring out the window and combing hair/getting dressed, ect while the water heats up.
Make the coffee/sit down, stare into space a bit more.
Read 2-4 chapters in my Bible reading. If I'm especially spacey listen to audio Bible. Pray over my day/for my patients.
Brush my teeth, grab an apple, cheese stick and water for the road.
Pick something to listen to on the car ride. Head out by 730-8am.
I'm trying to get out half an hour before I'm due for my first appt so that I can stop at the gym for a quick 20 min work out. I haven't been very successful but I keep trying my best.

Usually I wake at 6, make a cup of tea. I'll turn on the plant lights in the outside plant room. I turn on the coffee if no one else is up and build a fire. By then the tea water is hot and my tea bag has steeped. Slowly enjoy that. Then I get ready for the day. And eat between 7- 8:30. Crochet for a bit. Look at my tablet. Figure what my day looks like that I need to do.

To save water and be more eco-friendly? If she works from home and doesn't go out much it might not be necessary for her to shower every single day.
If I shower too frequently my hair gets very dry and prone to breakage, so I try to shower usually every other day. Of course, if I’m exercising a lot or spending a lot of time outside sweating I’ll rinse off my body more frequently, but I try not to wash my hair more than once every two days ☺️
@@AshlynneEaton Me too, I wash my hair everyday during summers but alternate days in winter and rains. Indian seasons. But I shower everyday, I dont shower when I am depressed so, its a habit to reverse the sulk.
yeah I had 2 replay that part.. there is no way I could not shower for that long.. I shower at least once a day.. but typically 2x a day...morning and night...I am quite shocked

Pour over coffee, eat breakfast (usually eggs or bagel or yogurt with granola depending on appetite), admire plants and water if needed, get dressed, make bed, use the bathroom, self-grooming (maybe a little jojoba oil on my hair if it's frizzy and apply deodorant), check my calendar for any big meetings, and off to work.

I was like that too but then i started doing morning yoga stretch and it feels sooooo good. You should definitely try it just 10minute thats all!
You can just do yoga and not even meditate because yoga in itself is a detoxing and relaxing activity. Me, I have to do both.
Wowww. Your morning routine is very different from mine. As an asian i usually wakeup , make bed ,feed my dogs , cook rice and heavy breakfast, clean dishes ,have coffee , read a book , take a bath and clean house.
Hi Ashlynne! Stretching is very important in the morning. I stand all day at work except for when I'm at lunch so it's definitely needed. I finally started using natural deodorant, and it's the Native brand. I love it! I honestly didn't think it would work as good as it said it would. lol They proved me wrong. 😄Which version of the Bible do you read? I grew up reading King James Version but I want something more simpler now. I'm trying to choose between ESV and NIV. I'm leaning more towards ESV. Thanks for the video!
Hey Tara! I totally can relate to the struggles of finding a good natural deodorant, but Native is definitely the best I’ve found! It’s amazing! 🥰 And personally I use ESV and really like it! Far more readable than King James 😏
My morning routine (at least while I'm still working from home) is: Wake up to alarm and watch videos for an hour until I'm awake enough to get out of bed. Make bed. Pee, brush teeth, put in contacts, put hair in messy bun, throw on usual outfit (leggings and tank). Take pain medicine and do 10 minutes of stretching (was injured in car accident years ago). Make cereal or do quick starbucks run. Sit down to start a long day of working. What I don't do (while working remotely): shower, curl hair, makeup, meditate.

I really like this routine. I want to read the Bible in the morning, but I’m always so groggy in the morning. This routine is great because it starts with the Bible, but not automatically.
I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of me. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

1. Alarm goes (06:15)
2. I check very with my phone
3. Put clothes on
4. Wash my face, put make up
5. Go down stairs, prepare food for work
6. Prepare and eat breakfast (15 min)
7. Go to work (7:00)
No time for exercises, no time for reading.

Yes! He gets up about 15 minutes before me, and it actually works perfectly. I can get ready without needing to worry about him being in the bathroom or anything like that. 😊
