      Ashlynne Eaton It looks very similar to yours actually, minus the puzzle ☺️ I wake up at 5:15 am, make my coffee and listen to a few chapters from the Bible app, then read a book. I get ready a short while later and also drink so water, then get ready. Occasionally I’ll sneak in a RUclips video in the morning like this one ♥️ Loving your channel and your content.       After the morning bath ( hairs, teeth ... ) I usually make myself a warm lemon honey tea, then after I relax a bit I clean my room , spot clean the house ... then go from there

      Ashlynne Eaton My morning routine consists of praying to God (his name is Jehovah) then I do some stretching and drink some water, then I start to begin my day.

      @@lilythompson9513 i'm an extremely lazy person, but I do workout at home everyday when I wake up. It gives me so much energy and I can perform much better than in the afternoon or in do morning after doing other things..
      And yes the video is idealistic lol

      @@lilythompson9513 i do. I feel super naseous in the morning bcs of an illness so the second im up i chug water and take my medicine and go straight into exercising bcs it helps with the pain and nausea.

    5. Read Quran
    6. Read a book
    7. Journaling
    8. An online course
    Then my family wakes up so we prepare breakfast and start the day. Hope this isn’t too idealistic 😊

    Showering every day is fine, if you're one of those people who are worried about moisture, you can use lotion.

    I just want to share My night routine Asian edition:
    •Eat (while listening to my uncles ranting about our neighbours)
    •Brush teeth(while my mom’s busy shouting at my siblings)
    •Watch tv with family( while I listen to a whole speech of my mother on why I cant be like the kids that appeared in a tv show that worked hard and got successful)
    •Go to room( while I listen to my neighbours having karaoke until dawn)
    •Sleep

    My morning routine is waking up at 6:45 to spend time with my husband before he leaves for work. Then I go on a walk for about 20 mins and start working (I’m an accountant currently working from home because of COVID) from 7:30-4:30. Usually during my “lunch break” I’ll do a HIIT or yoga session and eat breakfast which falls around 12:30 PM. I like that this virus leaves us with more time to reflect and have a more relaxing morning than if we had to commute to work

    This was so calming to watch, thank you.
    I’m 28 and unemployed currently so I’m running out of ideas to actually be doing throughout the day, if you can please make a video of ways to fill up time or just things to do in a day, it would be of great help! However, what I did take from this is exploring my spirituality, so I do see myself starting studying my scripture!

    I’ve watched this twice now! Last night and this morning. I woke up early, did 10minutes of yoga, cleaned up my kitchen, made my hubby his breakfast, made coffee, did a 10 minute ab workout, showered and now starting my online class! (I don’t get that hungry either in the a.m.) thanks for this video!!!!

    My morning routine..
    1. Wake up by the alarm. Think about my dream (if I had any) for a few minutes.
    2. Get up, brush my teeth, light skin care.
    3. Open curtains and put on some calm lofi music to which I calmly dance to and mainly stretch.
    4. Lemon water while I prepare breakfast.
    5. Attend to my beautiful cat and spend some minutes with her.
    6. Whilst breakfast or just coffee, I'll read.
    7. Before I actually start my day I'll write in my journal.. I like to call it my opening Journaling as I do it every morning at the start of the day. Writing small things such as weather or mood or maybe my dream. And other stuff such as reminders too.
    8. Start with classes.

    Letting sunshine in and making your bed helps you wake up and resist crawling back in to bed! I need to start doing this, I’m prone to sleeping in!

    I wish I could take my mornings slow everyday but I set 2 days a week where I can do this I start work at 7:30 and wake up at 4:30 I love being a morning bird but sometimes the peace of mind and extra sleep is a SOUL thing . During quarantine I’ve had no routine and it’s really bothering me so I think I’m gonna start back up with something similar to yours!

    I love that you touched on the digestive regularity factor. For whatever silly reason it remains a taboo topic however for years it has been a factor in the whens and what’s of what I am able to accomplish in a day . If your not feeling regular, a workout seems kind of awkward as does sitting down with creative work so I end up spending my peak energy hours cleaning, gardening, drinking coffee, vaping (gross!) none of which pays the bills or keeps my clothes fitting. It makes my overall morning routine sometimes HOURS more than it needs to, making me late to my self employed business. I can’t be the only one who experiences this and this is the first time ive heard it even been mentioned a little…SUBSCRIBE! :)

    lets be honest this routine is for someone who has nothing on their to-do list like no school work, assignments, work or an anime to watch 💀

      You can still wake up 2 hours earlier to do all that if that helps you mentally.
      I do understand some people work long hours, several jobs etc but most people could find a way to do this if they wanted at least every once in awhile/days off.

      I disagree. I started waking up much earlier just so I can have two hours of peace and quiet where I can read a book or do a bit of stretching or spend extra time making my breakfast before I start my workday. I do have to go to bed much earlier but I'm someone who is super unproductive at night anyways so I waste those hours. This way I keep my mental and physical health at an optimum while still having enough time for daily hustles

    Hey, Ashlynn! I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I wanted to comment on your meditation breathing :) I'm an opera singer, and I can see by the way your shoulders rise when you take a deep breath that you're breathing in through the lungs and not with your diaphragm. For truly deep breathing, that's much better for you. A good way of feeling diaphragm breathing is by lying on your back, resting your hands on your belly and breathing in so they rise. We naturally breathe with the diaphragm when lying down.
    I love your morning routine, otherwise, and I'm going to try and do that bit of exercise when getting up, too!

    So I'm loving the routine but the thing that stuck out the most to me is her shower schedule. Like I cant shower every other day or every 3 days. I'm hoping shes bird bathing it in between days. That's something I do myself.

    I love your morning routine mine is pretty similar too: I wake up around 7-7:30 sometimes at 8:30 if it's a later day for me.
    -Wake up- thank God for waking me up
    -Write in my Dream Journal as soon as I get up
    -Open the Blinds and Open a window to let some air in
    -Water My Plants if Needed
    -Make my Lemon Water with Shilajit
    -Do Some Prayer, read my Devotional and Bible, Meditate, and Journal
    -Do My Workout/Stretches
    -Make My Bed
    -Shower/Get Dressed
    -Call my Mom
    -Take my Vitamins
    -Listen to a Podcast
    -Read my Book
    - I don't eat breakfast because I do intermittent fasting so I don't start food until about 12-1pm
    -Get out for the day

      In 2 hours actually.. phone showed something around 7.00am when she woke up and when she sat down to work at the end she said it would be around 9.00am ... WTF hahahaha I don't even do half of those things in one day... ahahaha. Procrastiantion masters

    My morning routine is similar to yours with a few differences. I have a dog and cat to add in, I drink my water first then coffee. I have been trying to incorporate stretching but I go back and forth with it. I read, meditate, journal. I occasionally wear makeup or curl my hair. I do make my bed and eat a small breakfast, I do not have much of an appetite in the mornings either. You have pleasant personality and I enjoy your videos.

    Great vibes , thanks for sharing that I also have to work out for myself just to have a great day! I am also bombarded with work thus I decided to be on RUclips just to help cater our daily needs! Seeing people with a great life sometimes make me sad yet , I keep watching them since they could motivate me how to keep moving just to put food on our table !

      I have almost the same routine as her, except for the puzzle part and it usually takes about 30-45 mins. Also i don't take showers early in the mornings

    I like this! I don't have the time to do it but it's nice to watch it!
    My morning routine:
    Go to the washroom
    Do short morning yoga stretch
    Pack food for lunch
    Eat bfast (while watching RUclips vids)
    Brush teeth and wash face
    Dress up and leave the house for work!

    I enjoy watching these even though my mornings are nothing like this lol. I'm a visiting nurse and my routine is generally-
    Alarm at 6-630, take my meds as soon as the alarm goes off. Lie in bed 10 more minutes
    Get out of bed turn on the hot water for coffee.
    Alternate between staring out the window and combing hair/getting dressed, ect while the water heats up.
    Make the coffee/sit down, stare into space a bit more.
    Read 2-4 chapters in my Bible reading. If I'm especially spacey listen to audio Bible. Pray over my day/for my patients.
    Brush my teeth, grab an apple, cheese stick and water for the road.
    Pick something to listen to on the car ride. Head out by 730-8am.
    I'm trying to get out half an hour before I'm due for my first appt so that I can stop at the gym for a quick 20 min work out. I haven't been very successful but I keep trying my best.

    I woke up at 4 today(thanks to alarmy), it took me 1 hour to make and drink my tea. I did a 10min meditation and then went back to bed only to wake up at 8am lmao!
    I need to have a motive in the morning,
    meditation is just not enough...

    As a brazilian, it always surprises me when I see that people only shower once a day or not even that. For me, I have to shower before leaving the house in the morning to help me wake up, and for sure after coming home from the dirty outside in the evening...

    I usually wake up at 5:30 and I go to balcony right after I get out of bed
    I water my plants, then I brush my teeth.
    I usually feel cold in the morning so I grab tow glasses of hot water and squeeze the fresh lemon juice and pour it into glasses then I drink both
    I brush my hair and braid my hair.
    I Chang my clothes and moisturizer my skin
    Then I do 30 minutes of yoga and meditate for 15 minutes by Sadhguru
    Before I want to study I have my favorite and nutrition breakfast ( tahini and molasses with breads and cafe )

    I really like this routine. I want to read the Bible in the morning, but I’m always so groggy in the morning. This routine is great because it starts with the Bible, but not automatically.

    I was really looking for a RUclips or to watch that’s a minimalist, but to be honest she talks a little bit fast for my paced and I like for my mornings to feel slow I wouldn’t say seductive but definitely relaxing and calming in tone .

    When I was in college, I had a crazy strict 4:30am morning routine. Now I have soon to be 3 kids and I'm lucky to get up early enough to beat the kids to the kitchen 😂

      Since working from home I've been showering once a week (or sometimes, like now, I'll go 2 weeks without a shower. I have dry skin and also dont get dirty. When I'm back in the office I'll shower every night.

    honestly, I could tell you were a sister from the first video I came across of yours. Holy Spirit recognises Holy Spirit I guess! please keep up with all the good work! love the calming vibe of your videos. Only thing I would say is please be careful with mixing in practices like meditation and Yoga from other Spiritual practices- they are such for a reason.

    So relaxing! My morning routine - be at the mercy of whenever my 5 year old wakes me up. Help get him dressed, then breakfast for him and hubby. Squeeze in a walk before I have to make lunch for my son then pack my husband’s lunch and dinner for him to take to work. Then get son to the bus for noon. Whew! I’m exhausted by noon. - stay at home mom 😂

    i don,t have a good morning routine i don,t get up early i get up 20 min before my school time so i dont have time to do anything else the usually things like wash brush get dressed

    My morning routine:
    1. Alarm goes (06:15)
    2. I check very with my phone
    3. Put clothes on
    4. Wash my face, put make up
    5. Go down stairs, prepare food for work
    6. Prepare and eat breakfast (15 min)
    7. Go to work (7:00)
    No time for exercises, no time for reading.

    6 AM - Wake Up
    5 minute very light stretches while sitting up in bed
    6:05 AM - Make Bed
    6:07 - Feed Cats
    6:09 - Breakfast Shake (I use Aria Women's Wellness Protein mix with a little milk and ice)
    While drinking breakfast (I'm not normally hungry in the mornings, but my blood sugar is usually low by this point, so it's a necessity), I'll work on planning my day out in my Happy Planner.
    6:20 AM - Make sure my partner gets out the door for work with everything he needs.
    6:25 AM - Shower and skin care routine.
    7 AM - Meditate
    7:20 AM - clean blender/dishes used
    7:25 AM - Start Day

    Mine is wake up, phone for hours, eat at 12-1 and then phone again eat at 3-4 phone, eat 6-7-8 ❤️ So healthy✨✨✨

    This might be awhile but I'll tell you my routine I wake up at 7:00 AM And I will Play foundation Eyeliner Then I have a morning cup of Water And then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth and Make my bed sit down draw And then have the rest of the rest of my day!!

    God, a 2 hour morning routine. I usually take like.. 15 minutes max. But tbf, I have to leave my house earlier than she even gets up
