I think finding balance is the hardest thing to do. it’s almost easier to fall in the ‘productivity trap’ and push other things aside that allow you to refill your energy balance (take time for yourself, go outside for a walk, workout, read) because it feels like it doesn’t directly get you towards your goals. but you need the calmness to navigate, recharge, remain focused & energized. but it remains a daily struggle for me lol. fixing my morning routine was a huge step!!
After a very lazy and unproductive day, seeing this really motivates me to go to bed early today, wake up early tomorrow and have a much better day. Thank you 🤍✨

My morning routine~ Wake up, after I open the curtains for some of the sun shine to hit my face to wake it up, then I make my bed, after when I finish making my bed I put on a chill playlist of mine to brighten up my mood of course! I go and tie my hair up and add some cream oil that I use for my face, but before I put cream oil I take a cool shower and then I place cream oil on my face, then of course change into a nice yet but comfy outfit for the day. My mum usually makes breakfast for me so I bring my phone with me and watch some productive yet fun videos. After a delicious breakfast (Thank you mummy!) I go for a 5 minute jog with my little brother to get him and I super active for the day, we come back and have a delicious yet healthy snack to eat, I go wash my hands and relax on my bed until 2 PM. At 2 I get active so then I do my 10 minute exercise and go spend time with family, and face time friends! 😛 (It's not meant to be productive but it's my normal yet fun routine that helps me stay productive during the day) Comment down bellow what you do for you morning routine that makes you stay productive during the day! 🥳

i use the same day cream and almost all the other things, but just a tip, any cream loses effectivity if its touched even if our hands are washed, i always use in everything a litlle spatula

I am 36 and I noticed my face is now becoming more drier. I’m now considering investing in skin care and face moisturizers. I am the usual let’s shower and go type but I want to put more emphasis in keeping my skin hydrated without feeling oily. Thanks for some of these recommendations.
