Multi coded pipe welder from Scotland excellent educational video for those learning 👍🏴
Another great video showing how to do the fabrication side of pipe work , always great to see how another guy does it
Hi, This is 🔥Kimchi Welder🔥 who is uploading a welding video in Canada.Thank you for the informative video today.👍👍👍👍
Best Pipe weld videos on RUclips I'm learning so much Thank You
Your welds are just so smooth, it is satisfying.... amazing talent
An EXCELLENT demonstration of fabrication welding of pipework. Nice job Calvin. Please keep them coming 👍🏾😉
Regarding the flicker. I see it on high frequency tig videos all the time. The cameras really don´t like the high frequency.
I´m super impressed with your work. You´ll never be out of work, especially with these videos out there.
Guy is blessed with the skills. 🦾🙏🏽💯
Great content. Watching how you do your layout has helped me immensely with learning.
Great work young man - you are helping so many newbies - hope you attract many sponsors...
這管道技師太強大了,單靠一人就完成如此繁重及高技術的工作。
This is one of my new favorite channels. Thank you!
Thanks for another video man!! keep killing it
Love your videos and tips, Cheers from USA
Welds look good man! Fused in good. Thanks for the video! 👍
Another fantastic video well worth the wait and great information on what and how your doing it👍👍

Thank, all the trick you give will be good for me. Nice work place too...
These are great.
congratulations for the good work
Wow thats a good welding
your video really informative for my student.... thanks...
Looks great buddy.

Very nice job, congratulations 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
it will be nice if my employee buys us these fancy machines.
I was waiting for the new vídeo
..thanks for sharing...great video
Wow great job bro
I like the videos keep them coming.👌 good fab techniques.
Exelente tanto como soldador cómo también cañonero genial estás en otro nivel
very good work as always. I see your videos with pleasure, you are an excellent welder.
Thanks for teaching your techniques. I like your music. What's the intro song that you open your video with? I'd like like to play at the fitting shop I work at.
Awesome fabrication brotha! The branch is a test here in the states, go by name of kinder Morgan, to go into pipeline work and fabrication. Love the content keep posting.
Thank video mig welding job
Hello from Indonesia, new viewer good job .
Hello from USA california. New viewer nice work sir!
Another good one.
excellent content
Good work and welding skill...
Chappieworkz!!
nice work
Have subscribed Calvin interesting format and very efficient way of working 👍🏴
Love the fab work. That's the real labor . Your welds are art. Question, have you used metal co wire in your shop? I understand it uses less voltage for spray arc transfer than solid wire. With less heat and distortion and better penetration. Just curious .
WELD ON Calvin.
You da man, boss!
Как всегда, классно!
Nice job
Great job with the videos man just wondering why you used the grinder instead of the gas the cut your branch pipe keep it up
Good job
first class job
If you have a camera that you can change to a manual mode change your shutter speed until it it reduced. It happens when light has a frequency that doesnt match with the camera. You can also play with your frame rates and that could help
Have a look at the green counterweight @ 6:16 - hahahaha
Love your vids, cheers!
Muy buen trabajo.
Perfect
Maybe the high frequency from the pulse is messing with the electronics in the camera? Maybe a diy faraday cage or some sort of shielding? (purely a guess)
Enjoyed the video, as always.
Good
BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
solda muuuuuuito parabens
Im not sure about this but that flicker could be due to a "rolling shutter" combined with pulse settings. On the Wikipedia page about rolling shutter there is an example with a flickering grow light that leads to colored stripes across the image. If it is in fact a rolling shutter effect you are seeing you should be able to change the flicker by modifying the pulse frequency. Thanks for the good content. Keep it coming.
is the best job welding
Very nice
Excelent video!!!
Thanks 👍
Incrível 👏👏👏👏
Hi mate top vid love watching and learning from you. That plant you use is that the 12k set up lol?
Nice fit up. Were you able to get ahold of those pipefitter books or apps?
Great work as always 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽would u recommend th Everlast 253dpi for a pulse mig?
NICE
Beast
So do you and your shop do piece work? Where you do entire piece from fit up to weld out.
Doesn't this tube come out at 90 degrees when welding does it warp the tube longer?
Жақсы жұмыс істейді екен баппен
Amigo ya no tienes videos recientes de este año son muy buenos tus videos y en la forma de como lo aser ver fácil
How long Arena your tack weld in cm? What ampage you Use for your weld?
What test or regs do they have to comply with. /%xray NDT ultrasonice
C'est un très beau et bon job .... j'aurais aimé faire ça au lieu de souder des châssis
Very good job, I would like to ask you what type of wire you do the welding with and with what gas?
Argon gas or Argon air is used , and mild steel wire, no expert mind
If you could, please show how to fit a rolling off set
Good
What inspection method is used for welds?
Flashing, or actually waving, is the result of a different recording frequency and pulsating current. Each frame registers a different number of pulses and therefore has a different brightness. Interesting film. If you have a minute, look at my channel, I repair the excavator, I do not do it on a daily basis, so there are shortcuts. Greetings from Poland
我喜歡~~👍👍👍
How do you setup the machine for capping I can see there is no spatters
Q máquina utiliza y con q hilo trabaja. Gracias
🔥🔥🔥
Im wondering if you use torch instead of grinder to cut that pipe 😎
best
Respec in every aspec
Why it was flickering. Could be a be of splatter on contact tip an arching on wire whilst your welding
What is the back pack? Is it a portable AC ?
Hi Calvin ,great fabbing techniques, was wondering how much shrinkage occurs on the assembly of the pipework with all your welding. for example how much per butt joint ,and how much for the branch joints I'm sure you allow for this to achieve the overall dimensions of the piece. With your welding the branches on one side of the pipe how much blow occurs along its length and what correction techniques do you apply to correct this .Once again many thanks for spending the time and trouble to upload your videos
Carbon steel very rarely shrinks with two runs. You get a little if you over heat bad. An you almost always have +an _ allowed on overall lengths. Say 0.5m to 2m. Stainless is what you can get mega shrink on
@@martinallsopp8941
Hi Martin many thanks for your reply ,I work on Stainless pipe work using Tig light gauge 2mm wall but with a closed butt using 1 run with 1.0mm filler, full penetration and each butt shrinks between .5to .7 mm,so I have to obviously allow for it ,was just wondering on the steel side appreciate your input many thanks
Regards John
Thanks for the comment, and it doesn't shrink enough to be a problem, i usually worry more about the weld pulling a flange out of wack
flicker is caused by high frequency interference with your camera. If you back it away and get a longer lens to zoom way in it'll do better. inverse square and all that.
For clarification, is that a butt joint with a grove weld? Butt being the joint design and grove being the weld type.

👍👍👍
What’s the name of flanges holder mate
👏👏👏cojonudo
Try setting your Camera to the Pulse rate, obviously you are going to have to go 60, 29, or 24. You could try your frequency at whatever the Camera is also. One or both of those things.
Does your welds get tested
Piece of tin inside of the pipe when you burn/cut any branch or socket connection hole it will save a lot of cleaning spatter slag etc tacking inside of the pipe is a definite no 🇬🇧👍
let me know the max productivity an average welder can condribute in 8 hours how much inch dia max can welder do in case of carbon steel piping
In a day i can make about 2-3 of these pipes, but its hard to say because i fab and weld some things take longer
👍👏
