I'm from Guatemala 🇬🇹 , And is so beautiful the way you show with your daughters the cities and towns there. And all of you learning spanish too. Really nice. I love to see your videos. So congratulations. , have fun. And God bless you all.
Fantastic video! I live in San Pedro. I'm one of those expats! I used to live in San Marcos, twice lol. I came to Guatemala in Dec of 2015 and kinda just kinda stayed. I've traveled to South America twice, No responsibilities back home, retired, disabled. Way cheaper and best weather ever. The Land of Eternal Spring is a nickname of this area. Your video is really good so I hope you don't mind if I share it with my friends, as my vids are usually from a tuc tuc as I use 2 canes to walk. Its nice to see the girls so interested and curious! Traveling is the best home schooling!
I really love the fact that you stayed in Guatemala City and you mentioned good things about her. It would be really cool if you made a video about Guatemala City and show your subscribers the cool great cosmopolitan places and buildings and caffes and restaurants and beautiful zones and residential areas. There is this believe Guatemala City shouldn't be visited because it's unsafe, but that isn't totally true. Although there are red zones that are very unsafe, there are many, if not, most of places that are secure, safe and super nice and great destination to visit... I loved your video about Antigua -step into Europe in central america- since you brought up a topic that nobody knows, Guatemala is a multicultural country, 40% of the population come from Europeans, mainly from Spain, Italy, and Germany. Thank you for sharing your tip experience.

Thank-you for an excellant video, Commenting from Alberta Canada. Spent a week or so in Antigua in July 2019. Took a day tour to the Lake and across with stops in San Pedro and San Juan La Laguna. Appreciated the history and the local cooperatives.
What an incredible place and one of your best videos! Particularly enjoyed how they dye the yarn and weave their beautiful fabric. A woman I used to work with was in San Juan La Laguna for two years in the Peace Corp, twenty years ago, teaching small business practices to the local women. I will share this video out to her. As always, thanks from Seattle!
Thank you ,Growing up without borders, for sharing lake Atitlan ! I'm from Guatemala but i am far away rigth now. I used to work for the hotel casa Santo domingo owner, long time ago. I just found you guys👉😊
Guatamala, Mexico, and many of the “new world” nations have strong tribal/ new age belief that meshed with Roman Catholicism or Christianity. The West is started to become like that with reverting back to naturalism and paganism with a dash of communistic tribalism. So unfortunate, but it’s the state of the global culture. Even in the Western modern day churches, there are doses of pagan new age teachings mixed in with the church’s practice.
Guatemala is so beautiful... I have been in 43 countries around the World and Guatemala and Norge (Norway) are in the top 5 most amazing countries; the only diference is Guatemala has an injust social system for than a century and Norway has a just social system that is almost perfect... i have been going now to Costa Rica for about 20 years we spend 3 to 6 months there and 3 to 6 months in the U.S. went to tamarindo but did not like it at all to touristy so we have been going to the Southern pacific coast Dominical/Uvita Area a lot more slower paced and cheaper .PURA VIDA
The coffee house so neat and what a view. The yarn is just amazing. Do you know if they grow the cotton there? Did you buy a scarf or a shawl or anything. What beautiful things I bet they make and so much time to do it. There market looked so yummy all that fruit. The price of mango's wow cheap. How was the chocolate really ???? The boat ride looked interesting. Amazing colors in their goods, and the way they get the colors. Wow really enjoyed the girls explaining all of that also. Very interesting. Thanks
