    it was not easy to push trough this workout, some of the movements i couldnt do but i am hoping to be able to do this workout in the future without hesitating! thank you

    Thank you can you give some modifications for people with back injury? Or those who are in recovery and trying to gain strength? Ty

      Actually, whole pilates is good for people with back injury. We work a lot with the abdominals as antagonists to back muscles. Weak abbs -ill spine. Wish you fast recovery!

    Please do more exercises for pelvis! But please remind us when to exhale, when to breathe in and out. I notice you don’t do that and breathing is very important, specially when strengthening the pelvic floor 😭
