Actually, whole pilates is good for people with back injury. We work a lot with the abdominals as antagonists to back muscles. Weak abbs -ill spine. Wish you fast recovery!
Please do more exercises for pelvis! But please remind us when to exhale, when to breathe in and out. I notice you don’t do that and breathing is very important, specially when strengthening the pelvic floor 😭
