On the podcast, I went over Sean 'Diddy' Combs' most recent lawsuit from Lil Rod and it's connections the the raids. An arrest was made of his supposed drug mule and there is a high possibility that Diddy will be arrested in the future. Rumor has it that the feds have been talking to Kefe D. regarding Diddy possible involvement with the murder of Tupac Shakur and Shug Knight had a message for Diddy from prison. Alex Murdaugh was sentenced to 40 years in prison and pay over $8.7 million in restitution for federal financial crimes. This is on top of the 2 life sentences for the murder of his wife and son and 27 years in prison for state financial crimes. Bryan Kohberger had a hearing because his lawyers were survey the residents of Latah County via telephone without the courts knowledge. The prosecution revealed the questions that were ask to the citizens and they believed it violated the non-dissemination order. The judge scheduled a hearing for Wed, April 4, 2024 to see if they can draft better questions for a new survey. I will definitely be covering that on the channel. Tom Girardi's trial date has been moved to August 6, 2024.

The only place they may be able to find a jury for Kohberger is Pitcairn Island. The rest of the whole world has heard about this case.
Atleast moving it out of the county would lessen the issue a bit.
I know I've lived under a rock and truly haven't heard anything apart from EDB covering the survey questions. To bad they can't do a nation wide jury pull to find other rock dwellers 😁😂😭

I'm in New Brunswick Canada and the best viewing place to be for the eclipse. I didn't have glasses though. I just looked north out my window and there were light rays streaking across the grass. It was very cool!

They can move it to Ireland, when I ask anyone have they heard about it they say no. I only briefly heard about it on Sky news when it happened first. Unless the case is actually being heard, there's nothing on the news about it. I hear most things through EDB, LYK, Runkle and a few others. Love Emily's channel 💚☘️🇮🇪
Did Murdaugh get 40 (Federal time) minus 27 years (State time) which would be 13 new years? Or is the 40 on top of the 27? If it's the former then the 40 year sentence is not that egregious as in reality it's only 13 new years. Otherwise Murdaugh would not be seriously punished for Federal crimes at all. By the way with all of this time in the bank, if Murdaugh gets a new trial on the murders, I'd put the death penalty back on the table if I was the prosecution. If they lose it doesn't affect much. But would Alec take the chance that he could be killed in ten years or so? Why take that chance?
At 3:12, EDB states his federal sentence will be served concurrent to his state sentence, so 40 years total.
This man is unlikely to be released before his natural death..

Idaho has three largest counties with populations over 100 thousand. No doubt there would be people who haven't been inundated with information about the Koberger case. The other 41 counties have small populations. Latah County where the trial in now being held has less than 40,000 residents, a quarter of whom are under 18. The major employer are the two colleges with 11,000 college student and as this case will be part of what parents consider when the choose to enroll their kids. There is no way this case will not be of interest to the entire community because it effects lively hoods. Why not just go ahead and move the trial?
I tend to agree. Nothing changes but venue so idk why the judge was so against it before this awful survey, which has definitely forced everyone’s hand now imo
@jessice293 Judge Judge is frustrated because Defense counsel wants to have their cake and eat it too. They want the trial pushed off into the distant future but also immediate rulings on their wishlist. Add to the mix that Defense keeps playing games to poison the well (trying to use the state Supreme Court to delay, the survey, accusing the court of ignoring due process, and using threats of claiming ineffective counsel to strong arm the court).
So in America you can get chosen for a jury a year in advance?? 🤯 in Australia you are picked on the day.
I was so looking forward to our partial eclipse here in North Yorkshire England, but is very cloudy, I don’t hold out much hope, nevertheless My Grandog PawNerd and I shall be going out for an evening stroll during our peak time, just in case🤞💜💜💜

I believe Alex had a gambling addiction and has no money left. If he had access to any money he would have used it to coverup the Faris case. Latest rumor is he is gambling in prison and owes $5,000 to prisoners that he has not paid. Alex may not live long enough to serve much of his very long sentence unless he is put in protective custody permanently
Tom Girardi might just “escape” justice if they keep pushing back the case.
What gets me is they poll jurors now but I'm sure something will come out media wise between now and the trial to so its moot

It was definitely NOT a general survey.. the defense is either being sneaky and trying to force the judge’s hand or they are really stupid and thought asking things like that to the possible jury pool was a good idea…
I’m truly shocked they pulled this! I am not a fan of BK’s defense council.. she rubs me the wrong way, and I cannot fathom an innocent man would want to delay, delay, delay like this. I would want a speedy trial to GTFO of prison and clear my name!
I thought that they only have to try and find people that haven’t made up their minds about the guilt of a suspect?! 🤔
