I want one. When I go to retreats, invariably people want to share my power supply. This would make it more convenient, than crawling on the floor to plug stuff in. I just don't bend and fold well anymore.
i have two of these in our RV. Love them enough that I bought two more, one for my daughter and one for my son. They love them too. When I get home from snowbirding in AZ, I will be adding two more to my craft room.
Very nice addition to quilting studio, home and camper Michelle! You spoke of the “pricey” point, but honestly I’ve not found a “strip” with this many outlets and ports! The off safety feature is an extra special point as well. This is definitely going on my Christmas list! Thanks so much!💕🧵
This is great. Just ordered one. A friend called me yesterday and said she has her iron and sewing machine on the same surge protector. She said that she's been turning them both off with the switch on the surge protector. Now she's having trouble with her sewing machine turning on and the screen doesn't light up. This is great because you could still turn them on separately. I also have my iron and sewing machine on the same one but I always turn my machine off before i turn off or on the strip and I don't turn my machine on till after I turn of the swith.
My iron is 1800 watts by itself, but I would buy a smaller version if only to save myself from crawling under my sewing table to unplug the iron every time! Woohoo!!
Great idea. Went on line Amazon has smaller ones love them . I don’t want that many outlets but definitely will use a couple of the smaller ones. Thanks
I’m commenting on how much you and I look alike. You are my twin! I’m freaking out! When I saw you at the start of your video I was startled to see myself on a RUclips video. Our haircut, glasses, and facial features are almost identical. It’s remarkable!
Hi from Australia 🇦🇺 I had never seen one of these before, so imagine my surprise when I went on Amazon Australia and found quite a few to choose from!
Just be aware regarding the outlet tower it is only "up to 1500 joules' of protection.. those with fancy electric machines need a min of 2000 is recommended, not to mention the more things u have plugged in the more joules of protection u need
We use these towers at our weekly Guild meetings. I purchased one to take on retreats and one to stay in my sewing room! I have no downside to this surge protector!
I already have these and I love them! Amazon was actually having a special on them for quite a while so I have a few! I have the tall ones and some short guys. I actually got the first one for the incredibly handicap kid I was taking care of who had a monster number of electrical equipment things to plug-in! It was horrible! We were tripping over cords etc. 😊❤❤❤❤
I've used one at retreat for a long time, but I also love it when we travel. It's always hard to find outlets in the hotel room. I can plug in my CPAP, laptop and our phones.
I have a different type that i love- I use mine for the fish tanks the on/off toggle buttons help when I clean it. I also love the powerstrips that come on clamps so i can clamp it to my desk- great for small sewing spaces and i can then clamp it to the desk top or a leg…and smaller to carry.
I've got one next to my bed at table height. Super nice to not have to move the dresser and the bed to get to the plug. I've got my host of chargables plugged in, plus the lamp, adjustable bed, cat's heated bed, etc.. Not all of those are running at once and it is literally "handy."
I also found a shorter one with a wireless charger on top which I put on my wish list. My iPhone12 can do wireless charging so I’m thinking about this one, too for travel - hotels can be a big stingy about having a USB port!!!
I have used a slightly smaller one at a small family cabin. It is very useful for portable rechargeable phones ( no Wi-Fi or internet) keeping rechargable flashlights and devices fully charged (summer power failures of a few hours) and ability to play devices using USB connection (stored music or movies). No cabin outlets have USB and most outlets not easy to access by aging population. And makes turning off or moving devices easy with power button or disconnection. Great tip. Especially for retreats. Mini iron would be ok but i would still use full size iron on separate outlet as someone already mentioned.
Yes I agree! When I use my iron in the camper we have to put the fridge on gas because things that heat up use more!!! I also plug irons directly into outlets not surge protectors or extension cords.
Nice that you are sharing a great use for retreat, however you should not have your machine plugged into any other appliances. I have owned one by Ott light that has 6 spaces that carry my 2 lights and a small travel iron on occasion. But the big thing is a good iron has 1700 watts already. Best stick with a designated surge protector for ironing and one for your machine. Also, never use the same outlet for any heating unit. Tip; buy some nano tape.

Exactly and I fully understand!!!
Sew Loved has one for each group of tables. Loved it.
Great!
Glad you liked it. I love mine.
Yes! You were the one who introduced it to me!!! You always have the coolest gadgets!!!
I have the same one and love it. Use it in my sewing room I have another one a little shorter.
Lol! I like mine and just bought a smaller one!

They really do work great!
I have a shorter version. I love it! Thx for sharing.
You are so welcome!
It's really great if you have limited mobility and cannot reach up and down to a floor outlet. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, and if a piece of furniture is in the way!
Exactly!!!
I have 2 at home and bought 2 for my charity sewing group (the Sew ‘n Sews). Love them!
They sure are nice to have!!!
Thank you for sharing this cool tool! I just ordered it and will take to retreat next week.
Thank you! I think you will really like it!
Haven’t ever seen one but will be on the watch now.
I hope you are able to get one!!! Enjoy!
I have 6 of them! When I go to retreats I bring at least two and invariably other quilters ask about them.
Awesome!!!
Aren't they great !!! Thanks for the video 😊
Thanks for watching!
That’s a really nifty gadget! Thanks for sharing! ❤
You are so welcome!
I bought one after visiting a local quilt shop. They used it for classes
They work great!
This will work well in my quilting room. The power strip on the floor and cords everywhere has been a challenge. I plan on purchasing this item. TFS
You are most welcome!
I’ve never seen this, Michelle, thanks for sharing it. And BTW, I love your hair cut short! It’s so flattering!
Thanks Beverly!
Thanks for this video! I’m definitely getting one!
Hope you enjoy it! I really like mine!
Thank you so much. That is a great outlet thingy. I need that for my nightstand too. Didn't know that had anything like that. Have a nice day.
You are so welcome!
I have 2 of these towers and love them❤
Awesome!
Thank you for sharing. It looks terrific. I bought one. 🌟
I don't think you will be disappointed!
I have one and used it at retreat. I love it. Another advantage is that it is very stable on a table top and does not have a large footprint.
Thanks for sharing!

Great news for people who need a lot of plugs! Love the hair cut⭐🌟🌠☀
Thank you!
I just saw this a few weeks ago and put it on my Christmas list
I hope you get one for Christmas!
Brilliant!!!
Thank you!
I’ve never seen or heard of this item before; but it looks like it would be incredibly helpful! TFS!
It really is!

Irons use a lot of electricity! I plug mine directly into the wall outlet. Thanks for sharing!

That is incredible!
I’ve already added this power tower to my wish list! This is so much more useful than the ones my guild has.
Hope you enjoy it!

I've been curious about these. Thank you so much for your honest review.

Yes I have one excellent TUFS ❤❤❤❤

Definitely a nice addition to the sewing room I wish I could find one with usb in the protector here in Greenland.
I wish you could too! How exciting that you are from Greenland!!! Thanks for watching my video and taking the time to share!
@@thesimplequilter7499 you're very welcome. ;) :) :)
I’m ordering a tower today!
Good Deal!!!
Wow thats a great product!! Seems like we are always charging something these days. Thanks for sharing

I think so!

What about the latest Apple plug in, the C?
I will have to look this up!
It does look convenient...I am looking at them on Amazon. LOL
Lol!
Thank you for review. This looks very handy, although I wish it included at least one USB-C outlet.
You are most welcome!
I have 2 of them, each has 10 outlets, bought from ebay UK.
I really like mine!
I wouldn't utilize this but it fits the bill for many-quilters and nonquilters😊
Such a useful gadget!

I just ordered

Great suggestion ~ are you selling your brand t-shirts? Would love to have one and support!
No but I might consider it!!! Thanks!
@@thesimplequilter7499 , I’m sure you’d have a big show of support if you did. I know I’d get one :)
Does it have a UL or Intertek certification? It would be on a sticker on the bottom probably. Amazon doesn’t indicate any certification.
It has a QC pass sticker on it.
Can anyone tell me if it is UL or TUV certified?
I did not see that anywhere on the device.
I sent your video to my mother in-law, now she wants one for her birthday 😅 where is the link?
Here is the link: Power Strip Tower by KOOSLA, [15A 1500J] Surge Protector

Not twelve irons, it would definitely overload the system.
Lol! Yes, I think it would!
Although this looks cool, my iron alone is 1785 watts
Yes, I would not use these for irons. Irons and things that heat up (blower dryers, curling irons, toasters, etc) use a lot of watts.
