Cannot see Senders (from) name in Outlook 2016

This didn't sort it but we went into 'other' settings and clicked on 'use compact layout in widths smaller than 125 characters' and unchecked 'show conversation groups using classic indented view' and that sorted it out. Isn't the internet great! 👍
