Meat Fulab Recipe (Pilau) | Bengali Cooking | Fahimas Cook Book
Ingredients:
1kg meat
Bay leaves
Cardamom pods
Cinnamon sticks
Star anise
2kg of rice
4 onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 cup of ghee
1/2 cup of oil
Salt
Turmeric
Mixed powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Mutton Biryani mix powder
Cumin seeds
Green chillis
Dried onions

is that mutton you are using. Tender in 20 mins? really?? I will try this out but i'm worried the meat will turn out tough if i follow your times...
Hi jamie, it’s lamb I’m using.. lamb usually cooks quicker.. and also while the rice is cooking it’s cooking too.. so it’s quite tender at the end. Try it😊
Also, it says cook for 20 minutes, then stir and cook for a further 30 minutes and then it’ll be ready for the rice mix :)
