- In this video we cut down some maple trees with really rotted stumps. I'm trying to get a good load for dad to haul out with the old Mule. Oh and a dangerous wedge!! #firewood #Ironmule#Uppermichigan

First time I have seen a plastic wedge squeeze out with that much velocity, something a woodcutter needs to watchout for when cuttin firewood. Thanks for showin that. Good Watch.

@@Lifeinthe906 I been running a clone Farmertec 660. Had to replace the oiler but it’s a damn good saw for 250 bucks on sale at Christmas. Starts runs good cuts good and cost a fourth of the stihl it cooys also have the husky clones 372 and 395. Both took a little work but both are great saws u don’t care if shit happens to me

I've hung up many trees in my lifetime. You are exactly right. You haven't cut any or many trees if you haven't hung one up.

Look for the lean of a tree..notch and fell it that way. Also bucking it up watch for tension and compression. Not telling you how to do it just trying to help you be safe
