My daughter told me that she leans forward & left, to go left, & the same to go right

The handle doesn’t seem to turn. We cannot turn the scooter. Is it supposed to be like that?

@@abinayavasanth-qn4nz handle does not turn, the front wheels have play, so kid leans in direction they wish to go, & wheels pivot, or slightly turn when child leans in left or right direction
