    RUclips needs more videos like this, because not all stunters can work with a flyer. Might as well replicate stunting exercise in the gym. Awesome video Daniel!

    A 100 pound punching bag was the best "flyer" I ever had After pressing that vertically a few times my specific strength and control nearly doubled. Plus you don't have to worry about dropping it. Or worry about it making excuses for missing practice.

      also, could calisthenics translate well to partner stunting? in terms of strength

      Jamaican Kid I remember you;) and of course. If you can hold up your own body a flyer should be no problem

    But Daniel what if we are on lockdown and can't get to the gym? I just so happen to have a flyer with me in quarantine so sometimes I ask her to hold a hollow body position and use her as a barbell but she's too light🤣🤣
