    Absolutely brilliant, as someone who cheered in college 15 years ago I only get the opportunity to stunt every couple of months which doesn't give me the reps and frequency necessary to rebuild the muscle memory for smooth, consistent full-ups/full-arounds. Used your shoe method a couple days ago and it's already coming back, you should seriously consider patenting and selling a more polished version of this.
    That said, I did make one minor tweak by filling the shoes with rice instead of stuffing them with paper towels, it adds about 5lbs. using the same amount of space and the increased stability and density give them a more realistic feel.
    Anyway thanks for sharing your coaching knowledge on this channel, my only complaint is that it (nor anything else like it) existed 20 years ago when I started learning how to stunt; definitely would've saved me countless hours in developing my progressions with a lot less frustration in the process. Keep up the good work my dude.
