Ty so much for this tutorial, I'm in a small club with no one who can or even know how to partner. Having high-quality guides like this on youtube is a lifesaver.
No worries at all man! We're are just so happy that people are enjoying them and getting value out of them so thank you for watching and showing your support :)

Dude this is absolutely awesome to hear!! We always hoped that putting out these videos would help people but wasn't sure if people would watch or like them haha So to actually hear that our video has helped you get this skill is incredible thank you so much!
This is the exact video I was looking for since my coach started having me do one mans. I was always messing up at the bottom and had to rely on having people on the side to help me catch the flyer at the bottom, but now I think I’m ready to start doing them on my own now. Thanks for the video!!!
This is an awesome video, thanks! I've got this down with my top and I'd love to learn even more. If you can give more variations from high press that'd be great. I'm trying to put together a routine with her and we're trying to learn everything we can. You guys are great!
Nice work! Your video is one of the few I can find on the more basic skills. Having gone through this learning process myself, it was interesting to see what it's like explaining it over a video format. Take my suggestions for what they're worth, but I hope they can be of some help. 1. Consider choosing an angle and distance that will allow you to have a more fixed camera view for many of your shots(different angles are great, but the up and down, left and right of the camera is a bit distracting). The camera is jumping all over the place and making it hard to follow movements. 2. Your explanations are great, but often they are limited to you first speaking, then simply showing a video of the stunt that contains the movements/postures/etc. you just explained. In this case, I have to try to connect the dots myself and rewind to listen to what you said and then watch again and potential being uncertain about what or when you are referring to. I believe this makes the viewing experience more work for the learner and they may not even be able to understand what you mean by something like "flick at the top"/"spotting something in the distance". If you have the editing capabilities and time, A. The next step is having a voiceover to explain what is happening during the actual stunting part of the video. B. The next step up from there is slowing down the stunt video to make it easier to see those fine details that change so rapidly, plus having a voiceover to explain the actions/postures/etc. C. The next step above that is to even add in arrows or circles to to the slow-mo/paused video to highlight the area your voiceover commentary is indicating. Watching your video over again, I can appreciate how you moved through things quickly and then went in to quick demonstrations (sometimes timing and length viewed is a thing with RUclips algorithms, right?) But I think it would still be helpful to have a video that could point out some more of your explanations on the actual footage. Anyhow, keep up the great videos and I hope my suggestions can be of some assistance.
Very nice tutorial. Thanks so much. Also how much does the flyer weigh and how strong is the base? I can shoulder press 50kg, squat and deadlift 80kg. Is that strong enough to lets say lift a moderate size girl of 55kg?
Hey but do you have any recommended drills for the base that can be done at home?? And do you guys also have any recommended strengthworks/workout for the base ? ps: I'm only 15 hahaha still trying my best :)
Hey man thanks for writing to us! I would recommend watching our video: increase your partner stunt toss height with these games. In this video we show you a few drills/games that are fun to play and will help! We are in the process of creating some workouts that would be beneficial so hopefully we can put those out soon :)
Thank you for this video. Should I be trying to jump as well, while tossing the flyer for extra height? I am so close to getting it, but I can't seem to gain the extra 3 inches to grab her feet. I seem to stall out and can only get to her ankles.

I am an ex flyer and now that my little brother is bigger than me we are getting back into cheer together. This video was very helpful!!
Wow! This is so good! I’ll report back when I’ve accomplished this with my stunting partner.😊
Thanks for the tutorials. That helped me and my flyer a lot. We unlocked this skills because of You. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing this. Currently, I'm trying this with my flyer
My grand daughter saw this video and did it with the coach and she is 11 years old incredible 🎉
They made us one man for cheer tryouts today and I made the team but this is gonna help so much!!
Congrats on making it!! I hope the vids to help 😃

Cheers Cason :) Amazing! Yeah okay so you want more skills that you can do pressing from hands to extension? Is that what you mean?
Very good tutorial. Thank you.

The Toss looked like he never let her go y’all did this so smoothly‼️👏🏼
Yesterday was my first time flying ever and the my coach just threw me up and did a press extension and it was so much higher than it looked
Very nice tutorial. Thanks so much.

I can shoulder press 50kg, squat and deadlift 80kg. Is that strong enough to lets say lift a moderate size girl of 55kg?
Remember that your flyer will be doing a lot of the work, good technique will allow you to throw much more than you can in the gym.
How strong as a man do you have to be (ability to lift/exercises) in comparison to the weight of your jumper?
I am trying my best to get my flyer up but her feet never pass eye level, any tips?
Hey Smash, Have you seen our video on partner stunt toss games? These games honestly made a huge difference for me :)
Stunt Culture no I haven’t, thanks I’ll definitely check it out!
I hope I can toss to hand starting today thank you for this tutorial ✨
Can you show one where the base is crouched at the flyer's feet (on foot on floor, one foot in hand) and stands up to lift the flyer into position?
Hey but do you have any recommended drills for the base that can be done at home?? And do you guys also have any recommended strengthworks/workout for the base ? ps: I'm only 15 hahaha still trying my best :)

watching this to thorw my gf to hands got third in state and nations in feb
I’ve never heard this skill be called a “toss to hands” in cheerleading, we call it a “one man stunt” because it is one man holding the stunt :)
I’m in my high schools varsity team and coming from a guy, we call it “toss hands” . Then we go from hands to “press extension”🤷🏻♂️
My team calls this move "toss to hands" and the style "pair stunting" or "single base stunting."
Same
It's the same thing one man or toss to hands
The stunt is a one man the skill is a toss to hands
She looks very light. Does she even have 50kg??
