Nice video ... Are we going to get a Shamisen under the cherry blossom this year? Personally I like the first park best because it looks to have lots of different intresting bits on top of the sakura.

Shared on Twitter :D I would pick spot number two. I have always liked that one when I see it in your videos!
Added some corrected English subtitles- The auto generated ones really did not like the word park and always messes up Asakusa lol! Hopefully this will help for any hearing impaired folks or others who like having subtitles. :)

Oh Norm, this has been one of the best videos this year! Thank you so much!!! I loved everything about this--the music was the perfect choice (it really was beautiful--not just because I wasn't a fan of the music on the last one, lol ;) ) and the shots you got were so clear and beautiful--I keep saying "beautiful" but I can't think of another fitting word. I loved the cat too! I think my favorite place would be the second park, where you filmed Kiki playing, but I think the last one would come in as a close second. I'm sharing this video on my FB page. :) I really hope I win!! I have one more hidden rec for anyone who’s interested! Between Monzen Nakacho and Kiyosumi Shirakawa there is a river. I’m not sure of the river’s name but all the cherry blossoms hang over the water and it’s 100% better than Meguro because there are NO crowds what so ever! Its quite a long walk way of blossoms (at least 1 km) and there’s a fantastic Dango shop nearby called Iseya. It’s about a 5 minute walk from either Monzen Nakacho station or Kiyosumi Shirakawa

I loved all the spots you showed us. I don't think I can pick a favorite spot, but if I had to I would say the spot with the cat would be it. Another great video. Shared the video to my Twitter. All the Cherry Blossoms are so beautiful! Wish I could see them in person, may be one day. ❤️😊

So pretty~~ I really like Sanyabori. Your shot of the park in the rainy night seems like the kind of place I'd love to enjoy with a cup of cocoa or something. It's been rainy and chilly all day here as we're moving into winter so I'm feeling that vibe a lot now :)
I shared this on my twitter, but I also sent it to a coworker I know will be in Tokyo next month as this info is just the kind of stuff he's looking for.

Not me thinking this place sounded and looked familiar right before you confirmed it was the exact same park as your previous video! Eventually I’ll remember more of the endless good information you provide!

Probably agree with your fave location at the end. The one you showed with the rain was really nice too. Someday, I'll see these myself! Someday 😁

Watching your videos always makes me want to come to Japan and experience it right now, but life isn't always that easy. However I shared you video on Facebook on my friends page because we are both planning on visiting Japan together in a few years!! Thank you for the amazing content like always!!

@@TokyoLens You're welcome! I've been here ever since you started back up your channel after that one video you did with Sharla what feels like ages ago! I truly enjoy all that you do for your channel, podcast, and community as well as the passion you put into your content!! I'll be supporting you like you support us and those around you, mainly from the shadows though because I don't usually comment lol.

Thank you for re-linking this video! My wife and I are (hopefully still) going to be in Tokyo 3/31-4/7 and our Airbnb is right between Ohyokogawa-shinsui Park and Sanyabori Park; 0.8 - 1.5km walking distance. Hopefully there will still be some blossoms to see by then. Blooming 11 days early this year is crazy. :(

Awesome video. now these parks might get full of your fans 😉
I love the 3rd Shioiri Park, the best. Beautiful Sakura trees one side and the water on the other side.
When I ever visit Japan during Sakura season, i'd definitely check out the park.

Oh my gosh its lovely to see the cherry blossoms in bloom! I shared the video with one of my closest friends because we want to eventually travel to japan to see the Cherry blossoms and maybe partake in hanami with a picnic of conbini foods. All the parks are so pretty. my favourite one was Shiori Park because it looks nice next to the water with an adorable little space to have a picnic. My next favourite would be Ohyogawashinsui Park.
