    Bart manipulated his family and killed them with every intention of killing his dad also. He did it again and got off death row. The psychopath never changes, no guilt, no remorse, great at reading people and knowing what they need to do their bidding. The dad was used; he felt guilt having a son who murdered,and grief, which never goes away. What an evil slime.

      Here's info from 2009 for Texas:
      deathpenaltyinfo.org/news/costs-death-penalty-costs-in-texas-outweigh-life-imprisonment
      The numerous court costs including appeals, piles on the billable attorneys' fees for death row inmates.
      Either way, both are an unfortunate waste and drain of taxpayer resources, in addition to taking away from society (in 2 ways: the crime and then the legal costs) instead of contributing to society with whatever skills you have.

    Next up Bart will be expecting to get out and have Dad's money he worked so hard to get by manipulating his friends into killing Dad, Mom and the competition i.e. brother. The father better stop at having him in there for life and not fight anymore to have him out or he'll be everyone else's problem. I don't really care if Dad thinks he's all he has left and he wants grandkids through that thing. Keep it in the jail away from everyone else and adopt a good kid who appreciates you. Your DNA is not everything Dad.

    There's a saying where I come from, that the best way to punish a sinner is to forgive them even when they don't deserve it. Kent has taken off the burden and pain that comes with hate, anger and unforgiveness. Now the burden is on Bart. He will never forgive himself. Imagine Kent dying from pain and frustration over losing his entire family Bart inclusive, again Bart would have won.

    There is something off here. This man has a new wife and doesn’t seem to care that he could have saved his first wife and his other son had he taken the first death threat seriously. Absolutely outrageous! I

    If he was black or poor his death sentence would never have been overturned. There is no such "god" (NOTE THE LITTLE 'G') for the black and poor in our current judicial system.

    • @jojifi00
      @jojifi00 5 лет назад

      Joyful Noise, thank you for your comment. I'm not sure what your response means so I'll further clarify my point. My comment meant that I don't believe God relieved this man - hence the use of the LITTLE 'G.' I am a Christian and KNOW that God is not evil. The point is that men, women, and children, who don't have the income or skin color that this "blessed" murderer has, suffer horrific fates up to the death penalty with no relief. You said God will judge him. Does God not judge the poor and the black? If so, why do so many more of us die by execution than do whites? So, while I am in 100% agreement that racism goes both ways and that it is COMPLETELY WRONG even if you are a black racist, HUMAN justice does not always go "both ways." In fact, justice as we - humanity - dishes it out is the opposite of fair. Bryan Stevenson, the creator of the Lynching Museum, says that blacks are 9 times more likely to die for committing the exact same crime as whites, while if a black kills a white person they're 11 times more likely to die for it than if a white kills a black. Noting the differences in the "justice" system in America doesn't mean I'm a racist. I don't believe that police are killing black men and boys - I often thank an officer whenever I see one - nor do I believe its right to hate another race just because they seem to have the upper hand financially. What I commented on were statistical FACTS and how we behave towards the rich and empowered. Would we be having this conversation if a poor black man had been relieved after slaughtering his family? Would it even be newsworthy? What I meant was that the god they talk about here is not God; the gods that got this parricidal lunatic off are money and white skin. That's it and that's all.
