Stories like this give me hope that one day justice will be served in my sister's murder...she was murdered back in 1990

Had the DA not lost his case, then they would never have found the murderer of this girls family

I know that she was a child and she confused the colour of the trousers with the person's skin, but too many young and old black men were killed for people wrongfully blaming them. I'm so glad no black men were arrested. We're so familiar with such outcomes.

In case you missed it...the point was How this 3 year old helped solve this case..and the hard work of 2 dedicated investigators...not to mention closure for the families! Plus...the bad guy is caught and off the streets...making them safer for all of us!

That lawyer that supposedly never lost a case is actually being investigated and was charged for wrongfully convicting a young man from Brooklyn. The BK man was convicted due to a Jail informant that was paid by this lawyer....so she is not legit not right for this situation and prob should not have her own show.... If you want more info you can watch the 20/20 episode this week called "Undercover Mother"

It means Brooklyn in nyc (New York City) the boroughs (the 5 sections nyc is broken up into) are named by there letters.. the train system and any one writing out an area will commonly do this
If you look at every prosecutor and cop I'm sure you'll see a few of these records on them. Every year people in jail are being found innocent due to DNA evidence or eye witness statement exonerating them. I wonder how many other men are not so lucky. Some people are so obsessed with solving a case or so focused on one suspect that they make the evidence frame them.

Not going to lie whenever I hear prosecutor whom never lost a case makes me think of Central Park 5 memphis 3 just so many innocent men or women prosecuted
I have been following Megyn since 2016 and I don't find any fault in how she conducts her show
I am glad there are people like this detective and the former DA. They persevered, are motivated and curious, just like the detectives in the famous crime fictions.

Nwa yeah check 2020 just did an epidode on the prosecutors tactics in obtaining witnesses. She is a scum bag. Any time you hear how a lawyer never lost a case, there is something wrong because it's extremely unlikely that happened unless something illegal took place!

Oh k, so this girl went to a hypnosis therapist and she said she saw black skin, when it was a blue eyed blonde. You can't rely on hypnosis but good investigation. Once again blame the non existent black guy.

She never said the words "black skin". As a 3 year old she said "Black man, green car." When it comes to children that young you really have to take that with a grain of salt because they could mean just what she actually meant when they finally put her under hypnosis, which was, black pants. Once under hypnosis it came out she saw black pants.
I completely understand the entire "Blame the nonexistent black man" thing because it happens all too often from ignorant adults. However, when dealing with children that young adults should really dig deeper into what children mean when they say things because children are so literal. For example, as a 3 year old my son would often said things like, "Why is that pink lady doing that?" or "Look at that blue man". I would be thinking to myself, "What in the world?" and look over and it's someone wearing those colors prominently.
