Her mother, Sherry Ballard, was notified that Rogers’ car had been found abandoned on the side of the highway. That bulb popping scared me, it was at the exact moment when she was talking about her husband that it happened. Not a coincidence at all, her husband won't rest until the right people get convicted.

Not all officers cover up cases though.
but the majority of officers do cover up for eachother and for the good name of the police dept. This type of corruption exists in police organizations worldwide. Very few officers would be willing to stick their head above the parapet and blow the whistle on corruption they see. Its why whistleblowers are possibly the most courageous individuals in existence. They usally end up being terribly harassed and blacklisted because of it. Its up to the public to start holding law enforcement to account more often, this will in turn empower the more ethical officers within law enforcement.

I was raised in Bardstown. It is a crooked little town. These murders are not the only unsolved recent murders. I pray that they find the truth. This family deserves peace.

Her car was found with keys in the ignition etc. Looked like a police stop to me. In fact the whole thing could lead to police involvement.
I think her car was dumped there and she was never in it that night. There was a flat tyre, which I think was done deliberately to make it look as if she’d pulled over to deal with it. I think it was a staged crime scene. The seat was in a different position to how it would have been if she had been driving and when they brought sniffer dogs out to the car, they couldn’t find any scent of her outside of the vehicle, which they would have found had she got out of the vehicle.

They said the dog that hit on her scent on the farm or elsewhere yet never picked up her scent on the BG or the car . They told Nick while interrogating him it was as if she was never in the car and he's right someone drove her car to that spot and it was Nicks cruiser that the dog hit on a blanket in the trunk .

I would have to agree with you, also I hope that this family finds closure into knowing what happened to this woman, Because I believe that someone, somewhere in this world, (maybe that person might be reading this and other posts on this video, because I know that RUclips can be seen anywhere in the united states and the world as well), might know what happened to this woman, because there's always someone that's always bragging about what had happened, maybe someone might've overheard this woman's ex-boyfriend talk about what had happened, and is too scared to call the police.
That was definitely not some "random technical issue". Wow 🙌🙏🙏 That was a sign from God not to give up and his spirit was with them for sure. I truly hope that this family can finally get some definite answers and finds peace/closure in these senseless tragedies.

One thing not mentioned in the video is that the police department took a little while to start the investigation. They waited until after it rained, washing some evidence away. Plus Houck's brother was on the police force, so I definitely think there was some police interference
And Houck owns several construction sites around Bardstown so if he wanted to hide a body, he easily could have

okay, so i already posted this on another comment, but i just thought it needed to be seen..
brooks owns my neighborhood, and he had a lot of new houses built whenever she disappeared. there’s even a house that has a completely different colored driveway (that he worked on) then the rest of the house. me and my mom believe that she’s probably buried somewhere in the houses. plus, no detectives or police officers have EVER been in our neighborhood during this, and i don’t think anybody has ever thought about it. but, let’s look at the case. as soon as it was reported, it was taken as a murder case. not a missing persons case. and this was during the time that nick (brooks’ brother) was on the force. and whenever brooks’ was talk to he said “i don’t have anything to say. i really don’t have anything to say because i don’t know anything so i don’t have anything to say.” and i find t funny that he repeated himself so many times, because repetition is a sign of lying. something to add on, a woman named crystal maupin was arrested for stealing the missing posters from around town. well guess what- she’s brooks’ new girlfriend. a quote from sherry “why wouldn’t she help why? why wouldn’t she give us all the support, if he’s as innocent as he says?” and that’s a very good point. why would she be stealing signs from around town? all it does is just make it seem more suspicious. and the fact that nick called him in the middle of the interview (which got him fired) saying “don’t tell them anything” and “they’re just gonna screw you over” makes t look pretty bad for the both of them. 🤷🏼♂️

I think Brooks brother Nick is tied to the violent gang in Bardstown and Crystal's father was getting close to finding out so they killed him. The Netherlands murder was apparently a gang initiation but there are things about that case that strike me as way too smart for some dumb thugs to pull off. There was a cell phone jammer placed at the front door to cut off the signal from inside the house. Like what gang gets a hold of a cell phone jammer? They had help. The very moment that light popped she said that he was standing right beside his grandson when it happened. I truly believe in the afterlife, and I also believe he is with her in spirit. I don't think at that time he'd left her in spirit at all. I don't believe he wants to pass over until his daughter is found and or her killer brought to justice. Because if Tommy had see who it was shooting at him, knowing his grandson was right there, he would've shot back for sure! And that's the exact sound that light bulb made when it popped, really loud!

Don't think they'd have any reason to do that deliberately. Studio lights can blow occasionally - it was a spooky moment for it to happen. Reckon it was Tommy confirming his death was no accident!

I watch The disappearance of Crystal Rogers, I must say her daddy missed his calling he should been a policeman, so sad he lost his life for cause , they was scared he would find out who they are. I was born and raised in Kentucky, I must say there lot of secrets there that stay sercets, I gont know if people are scared are what but lot people there want talk. The county I was born and raised in the Sheriff was Killed when i was just a young boys it took like 30 years fo rthe truth about his murder to come out, and it only did then because the guys who did it confessed.

She's so confused. First she says she thought her daughter may have been out all night at a party. Then she says it's untrue when her daughter's boyfriend said that her daughter sometimes stays out overnight with her friends. I know she's upset but which his it ma'am. She parties at night or not?

I have watched the oxygen series. My question to investigators considering the investigative journalist and expert retired detective with decades of service found a huge "ahha moment". When uncovering the general method of how little evidence is collected with cases in the state of Kentucky. Whats surprising to me is finding that much grass and other natural elements in Crystal's trunk why were those simply (my assumption) vacuumed up and most likely disposed of. The findings in that grass had a dna process been ran of that grass could have led straight to the person of interest in this case. So why werent those tested and compared to grass on Brookes family's farm? What i knkw is farmers treat and fertilize the grass and other elements of farmland esp with cows with certain again fertilizers and so forth. So why was that never looked into further. Thats easily identifiable compared to grass in someones front yard in the suburbs. That should have been pursued especially in this case.
