Hey Tom! I love watching your videos and I'm always taking notes to look back at later! I wanted to know what you advice you would give a new agent on getting a realtor mentor/coach to provide guidance through that scary first year? I'm dying to find the right coach to help me achieve my first year goals but I don't know how to go about it. Thank you for your videos!
Tom, your content is straight up gold! No one has free content with so many career enhancing tips like you! I'm a real estate agent in Washington State and you have helped me and my business greatly! Thanks Tom and keep doing what you are doing! God bless!

You are a good coach and business man.
Thankyou this was amazing
Thanks you for your tips, especially this would work for Toronto and its surrounding area market where last year there were multiple offers ialmost every listings in MLS.
Cyrus Zandian the Toronto market has been on the upward trajectory for 15+ years. No doubt, you have to double down on what works and always be testing new listing attraction systems. Wishing u continued success!
Hey Tom, I’m a 19 year old in real estate, what do I tell the people who say “your too young too represent my home” or “I want somebody more experienced” ? How do I instill confidence in them that I can get the job done?
Thank you! As a brand new agent, I'm on what seams to be a hamster wheel of trying to find that ONE thing (or at least the first thing) but what you're saying makes so much sense. Thank you, thank you.
@@greenops.1437 a Realtor, trademarked, is a real estate broker (was called agent) that pays the realtor association yearly dues of lot of money, mostly because their office requires it. I don't know the percentage, but possible half of brokers are not Realtors, technically, though the layperson says realtor interchangeably with agent and broker
@@greenops.1437 I think your point is interesting and sounds knowledgeable. I think that I care, I would put off a sale three years if I knew things would work out like that, really though, it is very difficult to predict the future of the market, within reason.
HELL YEA !!! GREAT JOB!!
Awesome video!
Would this work for real estate investor
Love it!
Thank you for a great stuff
Greetings from Indonesia
Great stuff
Josh Barnett thanks JB!
How do you attract buyers?
thx!!!!!
I have been in the business now for 30 years many years ago I would run a penny saver add on a good deal like a repo and get tons of buyers. So mad those days are over. Now you have to spend a ton of money on the internet or direct mail. Door to door is free and it does work but you have to put up with a lot of mean people most people don’t like realtors nowadays they think that we don’t do anything and that the internet has replaced us. I listed 8 FSBO houses my first month in real estate and was platinum club for many years but I think I am burnt out now. 30 years is a long time.
Dear Tom, you're simply the best! The warmest regards for you from Ukraine and Spain!
Oksana Gadomska thanks from the shout out. Ukraine & Spain, very cool!
Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦
Hello Tom Ferry Show Team! I am a brand new agent and I'm really digging into your content and I had a question about this @10.15, I love this response and plan to start using it. How about for older leads? Leads my broker got 6 months ago that no one's followed up with and I now have access to? How can I reach out to those and have a more positive response besides VM after VM.
You got this!
How can you find out how many offers another agent had??
Real Talk with Tina you ask
Great stuff as always. Ive always wondered about the production thought process of these videos where they pan away from Tom and show the crew, or a different angle, or something else. Im sure there is a study that suggests this is a good thing, but I find it distracting. Just my opinion.
Zazen forever thanks for the feedback. I’ll ask the team. We’re always testing. 🤓
Muy bien todo
Hi Tom I'm a new agent and find it hard to get clients. I go through expired listings but can't find phone numbers. How do I get clients if I can't x contact people
what city are you in? how are you doing now?
Great question. I am a new agent as well, 3 days old :) in Atlanta
Do you really say gosh darn it when you're pissed? 😁
Hey Coach Tom Ferry! You have 10++ style on that pocket square of yours. Best I've ever seen! 😁 Btw, I'm a Keller Williams agent and we have our Family Reunion Conference this weekend. Any advice on people I should seek out who are at the top of their game using Attraction Marketing and Digital Strategies to grow their businesses? If you prefer, you can always shoot an email to rossk@kw.com. Thanks in advance! Ps-loved your Gary Vee football stadium video!
I love you Tom, I truly do and find a source of energy from you, but when you say I and we regarding real estate. I cant help it and have to say, It irks me a bit,. Because I know you've never truly been on this side. Its fine and thankfully, you provide great content that helps drive me and obviously others. I apologize, but I had to finally say it and get off my chest. LOL So now hopefully I can stop feeling bothered by it and continue enjoying your content.
Hey Tom, If you are reckless you can do whatever you want? But so many regulations, on expired listings, sold on same street, cold calls you cannot just go do that being compliant with Board rules? You cannot do CMA and send to home owner. Privacy rules, do not call list, no soliciting rules. Man Talk is cheap. But you cannot do whatever the heck you want. STOP and THINK before you take Junkie Advise?
Rocky Ed rocky, not entirely sure if you heard the message. “Send CMAs to your data base”... etc. Regardless, keep the feedback coming.
