Why is this so accurate.. Putting people in couples/who booked together next to people who are flying solo and still not letting you swap seats. The food is vile. The staff are rude. The pilots are never there to get their flights out on time 😂 I’m sure they must spend more on putting people up in hotels than they make 😂 and when we landed on the other side they left us sitting on tarmac for an hour.. not good at all 😬

American Airlines are always like that though sadly. Was stuck for 3 hours on the runway because of a technical fault
There was one point on a flight I went on last year where they were like "if we can't get the doors closed in ten minutes, we'll need a new crew." They got the doors closed, but one couple demanded to be let off the flight, meaning everyone had to get off, because there wasn't another crew ready, so they had to fly them in from another state and we had to wait another couple of hours before even boarding again.

Everytime I've used an American airline its been an absolute cluster fuck.
delta airlines are the only one I'll ever fly with, and even they weren't great.
I could see it was American Airlines by the thumbnail. Poor blurring that
Delta are boss to be fair when I went NY but come back to Manchester via Air France who were absolutely shit, first of all and this isn't air Frances fault but the shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal and not only that but we were 4 hours early and then found out there was a 4 hour delay, again can't be helped but anyway...
So after waited 8 hours at JFK and not the good part the Arse end which is just like markets if anyone else has been there you know what I mean, so when we are waiting for to board Air France announced that we were not in fact flying direct to Manchester anymore and the pre-booked seats we had paid extra for which of course was included in the direct flight we had to sit in the middle seats of six so either way you go to go the toilet you have to get two people to move.
We made it to france where they told us that the plane back to the UK had failed safely check after we had 15 mins to all of us get off one plane and no joke run about 30 gates to catch the next plane that wasnt able to fly so after 2 hours wait they dragged out I shit you not a plane from the 90's it was that old even the captain was taking the piss out of it when they were getting us ready for take off, all in all it took 26 hours from leaving our NY hotel to getting back to Manchester, we did get some money back from Virgin but it wasn't even the difference between the direct flight, £80 per person we got when the cost in a direct flight was £220 more than a flight with one stop off 🤷🤦 lol ok rant over
Not gonna lie lads but my brother is a flight attendant and he says that they can never properly confirm your seat because they try to balance the weights based on appearance. So adults and children won't be placed on opposing sides of the plane. I think business class or disabilities can only confirm your seat bc they'll accommodate everyone around you.
