    材料:1个洋葱、半个青椒、半个红辣椒、2瓣蒜、3勺酱油、3勺甜酱油、150毫升清水、4个鸡蛋
    1)把洋葱、辣椒,蒜切片切碎备用
    2)准备一个碗,加入3勺酱油、3勺甜酱油、150毫升清水、搅均匀
    3)热锅热油,把鸡蛋炸至有点焦即可
    4)锅留底油,爆香切好的洋葱辣椒蒜后,倒入调好的酱汁煮至沸腾
    5)把鸡蛋加入,焖煮2分钟就好了❤️
