- Follow along the 10 Minute Ball Mastery Workout At Home where you do the exercise for 1 minute and take 5 seconds to rest in between exercises. The purpose of these drills is to improve your tight space ball control so that you can manipulate the ball in any direction with all parts of your feet. In 10 minutes, you will breathe heavily as you are forced to work hard and focus on your touches.

I did this alot growing up. i also kept a tennis ball in the house and dribbled everywhere. it really dials in the sweet spots on your feet. at a certain point i started juggling with a tennis ball and a size 3. all while practicing and playing with a regular size 5 outside on the pitch

How long do u train a day
Look, it’s not about duration. It’s about quality. For example, it’s better to train for 1 hour that is very focused and intense than doing a 2+ hour session that isn’t intense or as focused.
I usually do 90 minutes a day
Would be even better, if you do it with your head keep up. If you want to become a real professional, you should learn dribbling blindly. Without lookit at the ball.
The earlier you learn it this way, the better it is.
Now i play football like a dancer and they all laugh at me 😢😢😢

you not only can, you SHOULD! You should never focus at the ball while dribbling, rather look forward (your brain will get enough information for you to handle the ball from seeing it peripherally, at the lower edge of your field of vision). this guy is doing this all wrong!
