Thank you for making this - it has made it clear to me that I do NOT want to attempt this myself (*and* maybe I should wait for my 2.0 to blow up and have this done on a replacement 2.5)
Does the VVT sprocket need to be 'timed'? Is there a specific position to attach it to the camshaft. I don't think so, but can you give me a specific answer, please.
These gears aren’t timed to the cams. They are locked down after the chain is in tension and that locks them into timing. Maybe watch the other video of assembling the motor out of car and it’ll help your understanding. I have more explanations in those videos.

Subscribed! Great video. I came across this researching replacing the valve seals on my supercharged 2.0.
Thanks for sharing. It was very informative. Wish your shop wasn't 1,000 miles away.
Don't hesitate to ship to us. It wouldn't be the first nor the farthest. B)
Thanks for doing this.
Great knowledge sharing
I wish you were located near me . Even within 100 miles would do .
People have shipped from over 1000 miles. Some even driven and gotten a hotel. :D
@@ArmandHindrichs I am not surprised. There are so many incompetent people in all trades and professions .

does anyone know of a person that has swapped a manual into a NC with an auto?
Plenty, and I wouldn't recommend it.
