My older son is 14..but you are what I picture he is gonna be like in his 20s..your chill vibe and quiet introspective demeanor...except he has been listening to tool since the womb...lmao

I’m assuming you have heard the original No Quarter, but if by chance you have not make sure you do listen to the original first. It will make you appreciate the Tool version even more. I love watching your journey! Spiral out

This Peach album is EXCELLENT. It used to be on RUclips but it got taken down last year. This is Justin's [bass] old band. The one Tool poached him from lol.

Yeah please listen to Led Zepplin no quarter. And than listen to the TOOL version . Robert Plant was stunned on listening to their version.. great comparisons.. and love ❤️ your commitment to go through them all.. I was lucky enough to live through all of the years of watching them grow and get better album after album .. Lateralus might be their best work, but Fear is pretty fucking amazing..

I know you're trying to specifically do a TOOL run through (which I love, Tool army member) but I do have to suggest you check out AT LEAST the song Judith by A Perfect Circle before doing the album 10,000 Days. Learning the story of Maynard's mother's struggle makes these specific songs MUCH more powerful and without Judith the apology in 10,000 Days will have less impact (I feel).

    • @dutchmastah07

Or he could just continue with Tool because Judith (the song) isn’t really all that necessary when going through Tool’s discography.

Tool Army here, just a suggestion, when you pause a song back it up a little bit before you restart, more then once you have missed important drops or changes in the songs because you paused it in a bad place.

Just a bit of advice for when you get to Lateralus: use Spotify to play songs that link together. This way any transition between the two tracks doesn’t have a slight pause going from one track to the next.

I listened to the original and this cover back to back, I thought the original was that good, I didn't think tool really bought anything extra to it. Gunna listen to it again and see if my feelings have changed. Edit well I do like the tool version more but, the original does stand on it's own merits, it's damn good.
