    Zucchini Cheese Muffins (makes 9 pieces)
    Ingredients:
    1 medium zucchini, grated, without squeezing
    1/4 of red capsicum, finely diced (optional)
    1 cup grated cheese(s)
    2 large eggs
    Salt & pepper to taste (more seasoning as you prefer)
    125g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    Butter to grease the muffin tin
    German
    Zucchini-Käse-Muffins (9 Stück)
    Zutaten:
    1 mittelgroße Zucchini, gerieben, ohne zu quetschen
    1/4 roter Paprika, fein gewürfelt (optional)
    1 Tasse geriebener Käse
    2 große Eier
    Salz und Pfeffer nach Belieben
    125 g (1 Tasse) Allzweckmehl
    1 TL Backpulver
    Butter zum Fetten der Muffinform
    Indonesian
    Muffin Keju Zucchini (menghasilkan 9 buah)
    Bahan:
    1 zucchini sedang, diparut, tanpa diperas
    1/4 capsicum merah, potong dadu halus (opsional)
    1 cangkir keju parut
    2 butir telur besar
    Garam & lada secukupnya (lebih banyak bumbu sesuai keinginan Anda)
    Tepung serba guna 125g (1 cangkir)
    1 sdt baking powder
    Mentega untuk melumasi kaleng muffin

    Βούτυρο για τη λίπανση του τηγανιού

    Material:
    1 abobrinha, ralado, sem apertar
    1/4 de capsicum vermelho, finamente picado (opcional)
    1 xícara de queijo ralado
    2 ovos grandes
    Sal e pimenta a gosto (mais especiarias como você deseja)
    Farinha de uso geral 125g (1 xícara)
    1 colher de chá de fermento
    Manteiga para lubrificar a panela de muffin

    1 courgette moyenne, râpée, sans presser
    1/4 de poivron rouge, coupé en petits dés (facultatif)
    1 tasse de fromage râpé
    2 gros œufs
    Sel et poivre au goût (plus d'épices que vous le souhaitez)
    Farine tout usage 125g (1 tasse)
    1 cuillère à café de poudre à pâte
    Beurre pour lubrifier le moule à muffins

    Farina per tutti gli usi 125 g (1 tazza)
    1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere
    Burro per lubrificare la padella dei muffin

    1 medio de calabacín, rallado, sin exprimir
    1/4 pimiento rojo, picado fino (opcional)
    1 taza de queso rallado
    2 huevos grandes

    Harina para todo uso 125 g (1 taza)
    1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear

    Thanks for sharing this recipe. I used 3 eggs, 1 big zucchini,half of a carrot to replace red capsicum, 1 and 1/3 cup of self raising white flour, 1 and 1/3 cup of grated cheese, 3 gloves of garlic, and 2 rashers of bacon to make 12 muffins, Super delicious!!!

    Thank You for this wonderful easy recipe..I had dinnerguests yesterday and I made them..just double up the ingredients.16 pieces.I served it instead of potatoes with chicken fillets in white sauce & gratinert asparges /Carrots.Absolute success...so filling it was that we had to drop desserts.

    Tried this recipe this morning and tweaked it slightly by adding some minced onion and turkey bacon to it and the muffins were delicious! Hubby enjoyed them, will definitely add this to the recipe collection. Thank you.

    The music is lovely. Anyone who doesn't like it can mute the sound. Such a simple solution instead of being negative and complaining. It's not difficult to watch and listen at the same time but some people can't do multi tasking. GREAT RECIPE, NINIK, AND GREAT PRESENTATION. THANK YOU.

    I just cooked this today follow your recipe and instructions and wow my husband and I Love this recipe OF yours. Thank you.
    Tip: we use a cupcakes Liner instead OF putting directly on the cup cake Pan .
    Grease the cupcakes liner with oil so it Will not stick the food on the cupcakes liner.

    I made these muffins yesterday. Turned out awesomely delicious 😋

      anu xoxo, thank you so much for trying my recipe. Awesome! The actual color was prettier than in the camera (I record it when the sunlight so bright). If too brown, you might lower the oven temperature to 180°C. ❤️🤗

      What kind of Cheese did you use? Yours was white in color. I used medium Cheddar. May be the yellow color also impacted the color of the muffins.

      In this recipe I use Emmenthal. Yes, yellow Cheddar affects the color of the final result, a little bit into orange color. It must very yummy using Cheddar.

    I'd add chopped tomatoes but never peppers! They take over the flavor of every dish their in. I don't understand the obsession with peppers all the time. I will definitely try this. Looks great!

    Thanks for posting! Great recipe, tried 3 times as described, then on the fourth time I added 1/2 tsp. of baking soda and WOW... big difference, much softer and fluffier result!

    These were fast, simple and were quite good with our Turkey dinner than again I made them with stew. Because of the cheese watch the heat and cooking time, my first batch they were hard on the bottom so I lessened the time. Thanks!

    Ho preparato x cena questi muffin, unica variante ho usato farina di ceci al posto di quella tradizionale perché avevo quella in casa. Il resto tutto uguale, devo dire che sono davvero buoni e leggeri, quando erano in forno c'era un buon profumo in casa, provateli sono davvero ottimi . 😊 Grazie Nancy

    You can actually double the amounts, add some chopped onion and make this a pie. We make this non-fyllo pie in Greece.

    Habe grade die Zucchini Käse Muffins im Backofen, hatte noch Möhren gehabt die habe ich auch dazu geraspelt. Sehen schon mal sehr gut aus. 😚und jetzt nach ich noch dein Mozarella Brot. Vielen Dank für die Rezepte🙏hab dir auch sofort ein ABO dagelassen 🥰

      a bongco I used Violife vegan shredded cheese. But you can probably use any shredded soy cheese or nut cheese.

    Hi i would like to try these muffins.. Looks sooooo yummy, question, 200 C is 392 in F is that too high of a temperature for baking these muffins? I guess Im just scared that it might burn those yummy muffins. Thank u dear 😊

      Hi Esmeralda, thank you. When we use a large home oven, the temperature is right for this recipe. As we know every oven varies, so please adjust with your oven, you might lower the temperature. Enjoy baking 😊
