I personally like the model series and the cgi series being in the same canon. It feels nice having everything be in one giant timeline. Although you would have to retcon episodes like Skarloey the Brave and Push Me Pull You for it to workm
@@TheSpongeBobGuy01 that one I can work around and say it happened differently from the actual episode cause there ain’t no way I’m considering a childish and selfish Rheneas and clumsy Skarloey canon in the modern day.

I don’t mind retconning those episodes. I refuse to consider them canon anyway.
@@joshuaW5621 The only one that is canon is Rheneas and the Dinosaur since that episode is referenced in Emily Saves the World.

I’m planning to do my own take on the TV series map of Sodor at some point, which will combine the model and CGI maps.
